Thought the exterior area could do with a bit of a tidy up - eg. BBQ had not been cleaned in a while and flower pots looked very sad!

Fantastic privacy, you really feel like you can relax and disconnect. The cabin was very comfortable and cosy. We really loved the outdoor area and sitting beside the fire watching the sun set.

Adorable ‘shepherds hut’ in a boutique style which is a perfect getaway for couples. The owners have put a lot of thought into making the most of every square inch, and giving those who stay there a perfect escape.

Charming country setting. Unique accommodations. Attention to detail where nothing was missed. If you want to get away….this is the place. Owner of property is easy to reach if any questions. We planned day trips from here, then made it made back to prepare dinner and enjoy the comfort of the shepherd’s cottage.

Very little we didn’t like about these huts, the light switches are a bit fiddly but maybe you get used to them and also what we didn’t know was you are the only huts in the back of the owners garden.

This is a lovely concept, cozy huts, all the facilities you would need, comfortable bedroom, great shower room with powerful shower and great space, sofa and full kitchen. Outside would be lovely in the summer as there is a bbq and outdoor seating. This is a peaceful quiet place close to Rathnew, close to Wicklow town and Ashford where you will find beautiful walks and a short taxi ride to restaurants in these towns.

I had a delightful stay at Nigel's hut! The hut itself was a hidden gem, a perfect blend of comfort and thoughtful design. The interior was tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere that made me instantly feel at ease. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the soft cushions to the carefully placed lamps that provided a warm, inviting glow in the evenings. The amenities provided were top-notch, exceeding my expectations. Plus, Bear, his cute dog, was an absolute joy to be around😅 Nigel himself was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions and offer great recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a unique and heartwarming getaway!

This is an exceptional property, and if ever in the area again we will 100% return. All small details have been catered for. Whether that be good quality tea / coffee, a fabulously secluded area, high quality lighting (trust me), all the way through to what must be the best hairdryer I've ever used. If you've seen this - book now! All that being said, the thing I loved most of all was the owners' dog, who gave the most lovely welcome and came to say good morning to us on both days we stayed here. Really loved the place. Three top tips from us - visit the Gaol (jail) at nearby wicklow. Then the walks from Glendalough visitor centre were stunning (worth doing the longer but slightly more challenging walk there). Finally the tree top walk and slide at Avondale was class.

Found the amount of controls for light/heating a little overwhelming to start and took some time figuring it out even with the help of an extensive guide.

Super tidy, clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved how remote it felt, all the facilities were there. Underfloor heating was an absolute treat, as was the electric bbq outside. The host was beyond helpful and friendly, without disturbing our privacy which was very appreciated. Will 100% return and would highly recommend for couples to stay!

Beautiful tranquil setting. We felt so relaxed, perfect time to switch off from work and life stressors. The cabins were so beautiful, really stunning. The decor, the warmth was fabulous. Smart technology was brilliant. We could have stayed until Sunday. We will definitely book again.
