The room was fine but the large shower was not working at full capacity. I would have liked more info about TV and channels etc. I would have liked a fridge. The Dungeon needs a main course salad, badly. I overheard another guest asking for one just after I tried.

I liked my room but see below for some ideas regarding improvement. I liked the food in the Dungeon very much, but again, see below for suggestion.

unfortunately there was a heat wave and the room was very hot at night, I know this is not the normal weather but a fan would have been great deal of comfort.

Room was clean and looked well. loved the balcony. Check in was easy and hotel staff were very friendly. Nice views if you have a room with a balcony.

Needed to go back onto road to access park rather than more directly, being right behind the hotel. Pool seemed to use a lot of chlorine and times for use limited by schedule even though not very busy.

Location near the park was very good and allowed for nice walks around Dalkey. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice.Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonably close to the Dart, but sill about a kilometre walk up hill from the station.

It was nice to have breakfast included but not a big fan of buffets. Thought the breakfast was just ok.

Great location, although we did not use it was nice that there was a pool and fitness room, multiple dining options and rooms were good size.

Great location for walking on Killiney Hill and getting a great view of Dublin. Beautiful walk to restaurants in Dalkey nearby. Excellent buffet breakfast - great quantity and quality.

The reservations team was incredibly helpful. We had booked two rooms but they were so big that we only needed one. The team went out of their way to organise a refund for the one we didn’t use. Great customer service. Breakfast was excellent and great value.

the fire alarm went off at 1:43am and there was no explanation as to why. then the lift was out of service

The hot breakfast was cold. The bacon wasn't crispy and very salty. The black pudding was tasteless ..

The hotel and surrounding areas are fantastic. I would visit again. The Guinness was exceptional and the staff were attentive.
