We were welcomed with fresh scones, homemade jam and a bottle of their organic apple juice! After settling in we were treated to a walk around the farm that included a chance to stand in one of the two ancient ring forts in the pastures and have a glimpse at the burial mound. Got to chat about the cattle and the sheep as well. Plenty of food choices for breakfast and even had a taste of Irish field mushroom cooked the “traditional” way…in the microwave. Comfy beds and relaxing places to sit in the living room. A great start to our visit to Ireland.

It is a beautiful self contained apartment situated in a lovely rural area. It has everything that you could possibly need and everything that you didn't even realise you needed. It is spacious, full of personal touches and is actually a home away from home, only better than any home you could ever dream of. It's divine!

It was quite a rural location so a car or transport is needed, apart from that there is nothing I could fault! Absolutely fantastic property.

Quiet country side. Farm house feel. Comfortable rooms. Mags, our hostess was great, she left fresh milk in frig. Full size drip coffee pot. Extra clean. Big bathroom with shower and tub.

The hostess Mags was brilliant & the apartment suited all our needs perfectly. We are from a farm community back in Canada so we were in our element here. And there were puppies!!! 😁 They are in the process of completing a games room/bar area for future guests to enjoy too. We highly recommend this spot!

Great Hosts... perfect location for the purpose of our trip. Accommodation has everything you could ask for... with the beauty of a very peaceful relaxing location. Close enough to nearest town but far enough out for peace and tranquility. We drove down from Co Down to attend Tullahmore Show and added in a trip to Wicklow to visit Beyond the Trees. Thanks Mags and Jonathan for your hospitality. We will definitely be back x

Can't think of anything we didn't like!

Although we couldn't walk into town or activities, this location was a great centralized spot for us to do all kinds of day trips! Loved the host and her willingness to provide us with suggestions on places to go, things to do, exceptional eateries. Thoroughly enjoyed the Irish breakfast prepared for us in our kitchen and the fantastic individualized homemade dinners in the on-site cafe!
