Bar staff very rude

Room very basic , furniture old and scratched, no hairdryer Kettle available which I loved Bathroom, very old needs updating Not enticed to take shower

Rooms. Broken lamps. Broken hair dryers. No water coming out of bath hot tap... Lights near beds not working. Everything is dire. And they dare to steal your money. If anyone wanted to stay in mallow avoid the hibernian. Its just ok for a drink .

The smell, my room stunk of weed The room was freezing, the tog value of the duvet wasn’t enough, you need to put the radiators on. I understand costs are rising, and temperatures were surprisingly low, but I shouldn’t have been freezing.

Food was very nice, and the price was very good.

overall service in bar for dinner and at breakfast was poor. In the bar, too many staff had their eyes fixed to the ground instead of acknowledging the customers that required service. At breakfast, one lady (manager?) refused to fill my sons water bottle with tap water, telling him he needed to buy a bottle. Then as we left the breakfast area, there were about a dozen jugs of iced water on a shelf so he filled from one of those. Really very bad judgement on her part, we felt it was very much penny pinching and left a sour taste. aside from that, overall breakfast offering and area could do with an upgrade.

bedroom was clean, comfortable and newly furnished. reception staff friendly. bar was nice.

The food was excellent, good size portions and you didn't feel rushed. There is a nice gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Run down hotel rooms in need of total renovation. Breakfast was not hot served with soggy toast. coffee was like tar. just awful.

Forgot my wifes meal then came out with onions in it after she asked for none , breakfast wasn't great everything was hard and greasy, shower head was only half working

Decor was outdated. In need of refurbishment. Staff in the bar / restaurant were friendly and helpful

Breakfast was adequate but not include in room price. Room price at 180 euro was too expensive for a 3 star hotel.

Receptionist could of been more helpful. Rang 2 weeks before asking for early check just to drop our bags and last touch before wedding "ring the day off and we can help them" the day off arrived to hotel and she barely even looked at us "yeah not possible other peopel before only checked out 12" she just wasn't pleasant at all and smacking of chewing gum was just awful too

We were attending a wedding near by and so this hotel was literally used from 1am till 10am for sleep only and it was grand

Room a little small for 2 people. A fridge might be good edition especially as summers getting warmer. Also Iron. Get rid of trouser press and outdated wall hair dryer. Just suggestions.

Staff extremely friendly professional and welcoming. Food excellent 👌 great menu choices. Breakfast great options available. Leisure facilities Fantastic. Didn't realise pool was using sustainable water (rainwater) well done. Great jacuzzi and gym facilities also.

The lingering smell of food from lunch is very unpleasant when you walk in to reception and all through the hall ways. No clearly signed route to the pool, told to walk through the gym with my young son to get there, gym users were not happy. Kids pool visibly dirty on bottom and at water level. Female changing room was very grubby and the hand sanitizer and surrounding table was horrifically dirty
