When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Went for breakfast after 9.30am, I felt the buffet could have been restocked. No white bread left. Fry up was scarce. Orange juice was empty l.

As reflected in rating, so the rooms were amazing, facilities too but the pool was very cold. We had a issue in the soft play with a staff this morning because my son was playing in there, who is autistic and I was told I was not allowed in to play with him, that in order for him to play their he would have to go alone but yet us to watch from outside the soft play to “supervise”. We were disheartened by this as the main reason we chose the hotel was for the soft play. But in the end couldn’t avail of it. We understand there are rules in place for a reason but when a child is so little it is a safety hazard to not go in with them. I asked myself how the staff allowed himself to see how excited my son was going in and how upset he was having to leave and not just allowed me in with him.
We as a family love coming to Killarney every few months. As we expanded our family this year we said we would try this place and wow what a hotel. We didn’t leave once as everything was in the hotel. The soft play was amazing, food and staff all so well.

Breakfast was awful. Everything was cold no bread no water , waiting ages for Everything to be stacked back up, not great with hungry small kids.Wasn't great , disappointing for what we paid for Breakfast. Found pool cold and also hotel was cold sitting in bar and lobby was very cold .

There was morning to dislike about it. Everything was perfect here. Myself my partner and my two girls were very happy with this stay.
It was a massive room I’ve never stayed in this hotel and my kids absolutely loved it. They had their own side of the room which was very nice a there own telly. We loved every second of it there for the night. Everything was perfect we were very happy we booked this hotel and will definitely be back again soon.

I was a tad let down by the breakfast, although the buffet selection was really amazing and the food was quality, the hot items were only warm at best, and this was 7.30am! I'm thinking this is not the norm but better said I think!!
I was impressed at the quality of the services and facilities. The staff were very polite and food service was quick and yummy!

The hotel is newly renovated. It's fabulous. Very classy and comfortable. We stayed in a family suite couldn't say enough about it. It was clean comfortable and extremely spacious and stylish. Food was lovely. Will definitely return.

Back again and Hotel Killarney does not disappoint. The 4th floor family room/suite was exceptional and the usual pool & kids facilities are brilliant. The food is also much improved from our last stay, it was very good. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short as the family dog took very ill at home, the hotel had no qualms about offering a full refund for that night we couldn’t stay. We will definitely be back.
