Truly everything about Kylemore Pass Hotel, was just what I was looking for.. Quiet, tranquil...stunning surroundings. Beautiful views from the window of my room. Friendly staff, who made me feel so welcome, including the sweet little resident cat. I will definitely be back !

I absolutely recommend Kylemore Pass Hotel. It is truly a home away from home! We could not have been made feel more welcome by Rose and Stuart. They accommodated our every need from offering to keep dinner warm until we returned late from our hikes through the 12 Bens mountains to our last minute decision to stay an extra night! This hotel is ideal for hikers, close to the 12 Bens in Connemara and all beautiful hiking trails and amazing scenery. We were offered the use of their drying room for our wet boots and hiking gear. Rose also kindly checked in with us when we were very late returning from our first hike. I don't know where else you would find such kindness and comfort! The food is delicious, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and our room had outdoor access to the beautiful hotel grounds. This hotel has all the Irish charm expected by tourists with interesting knick knacks and ornaments everywhere and a warm, homely Irish feel. Also very reasonably priced, I have nothing but high praise after our stay in Kylemore Pass Hotel. Thank you so much Rose and Stuart.

Wonderful breakfast from fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals through to a full variety of cooked choices. The manager was very friendly and accommodating for any needs including bringing us a drink at any time of the day. Location with a view over the nearby lake is stunning.

Nothing - everything was excellent

Lovely cosy and very pet friendly hotel. We got a different room offered with access to the garden walk which was really nice and only hotel that we have stayed in that the dog could go to breakfast with me in the bar. Thank you to Stuart for the welcome We will definitely come back. The entire hotel is surrounded by the most stunning scenery and you can’t get closer to the national park. Amazing.

Everything! The location was beautiful, the room was a great size and very quiet, and the staff were wonderful--very friendly and informative. Great food in the restaurant as well (we had both breakfast and dinner there). Honestly, it was the highlight of my entire trip to Ireland. I wish I could live here!

Location just brilliant. We had room 11 which is more than spacious on the top floor. Personal very friendly and food was excellent. Bar and restaurant decorated with goodies from grandmothers era adding to the overall excellent ambience . Very neat and tidy

Stuart and his wife were amazing, helped us with everything and were very knowledgeable of the surrounding towns and areas and places worth visiting. We had a room with a beautiful view to to the lake and the mountains. Couldn't have wished for a better and cozier place to stay.

Very pleasant stay, great location and surroundings. Stuart was always available, informative and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic. The mountains and lake view was impressive during the day and stunning at night for star gazing. We will stay again.

The room with a great view to the mountains, the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we asked for, the bathroom was refurbished and we had a nice little balcony.
