I booked the room with curtains but my bed was dirty so i got tranfered to a room filled with bedbugs. I asked to get transfered but they didnt have a free bed so i was forced to sleep in a bed with bedbugs.

The property was set in a walkable central location, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything essential you could need, the staff was very kind and helpful at all times and I enjoyed my stay.

There no light in bed, I told few times, they didn't bother to check & they lied that checked.. they Just care about overall safety & not individual feedback.. not going back same place; won't recommend anyone.

the situation of hotel in Dublin is shite. at least this is a good place where to spend a nigh at reasonable pricet. still absurd you must pay 70 euro for a night in an hostel...

The curtain of the bed were dirty and the walls in the room were dirty. There were lots of fingerprints on the walls of the bunk beds. I wished there were clean.

Inside the room, you can't hear the noise outside so this helped in getting a good night sleep. The staff were helpful. The place had lockers to keep luggages so if you come in early before check in, there is a place to store you things while you wait to check in.

Fantastic staff. Free luggage storage. Able to hang out in hallway common area. No extra charge. Also male receptionist helped me do my laundry for barely any money. Also laundry and dryer facility was the icing on the cake..

Showers were not clean Mould on curtains floor weird and slimey No elevators so had to haul massive suitcase up many flights of stairs lol

Booking made in female area. Request to change to male. Simple reply no vacancy. Same day in online I make re booking in male area. Stayed in same hostel. If money need to be paid extra can be done. At night 11.00pm . No vacancy asking to leave now.

Place was extremely well planned and organised with excellent signage which gave me confidence using the facilities as a first timer. Bed was comfortable and safe in a spacious room, whole building had loads of light and space while also being nice and warm. Excellent job!

Dormitories, study rooms, multi cubicle showers and toilets, kitchen, laundry, cafe. Quiet safe clean rooms, solid enclosed bunks with a comfy mattress, shelf, light and charger inside the bunk and a curtain for privacy, a locker/drawer under the bunk for luggage. Heard no noise in the room late at night, everybody respectful of others Outside garden for relaxing Staff friendly, cheery, helpful and efficient, especially reception

The hostel is situated at a great location. The staff are very nice and the place is as clean as a hostel can be. The beds are comfortable and the little curtain allows for some private space.

I had a very bad experience staying at this hostel. They mix short-term guests with people who seem to live there permanently, and many of them were unfriendly and made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable, even scary. To make matters worse, someone stole my slippers from the bathroom and my plates from the kitchen. Additionally, the cleaning schedule is poorly managed. They close the bathrooms for cleaning from 8:30 to 10 AM, which is exactly the time when most guests need to use them before check-out. It would make more sense to clean after 11 AM, when most guests have already left. Overall, the management and facility issues made this a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Does this sound good, or would you like to make any adjustments?

Room was broken into in the middle of the night while we were in bed. Staff didn't care and accused us of being in the wrong. Tried to barge in while my wife was naked after a shower. Ignored all e-mails requesting a refund. Room was dusty and barebones. Felt like something out of a prison camp.

Some American guy was sleeping in another guys bed, a loud shouting match ensued and Garda was called, the noise woke me up. The guy even tried to steal my towel. :(

95 Eur for three days, 5EUR fee for towel rental. You have to return it. This hostel is a mix of a church and a building which looks like a hospital. the toilets are dirty. shower area has military service conditions. You cannot lock large backpacks, but you can lock your belongings in a very narrow drawer.

Hot water, WC, shower area were for free. Personnel was friendly

Gets a bit noisy at night.

Clean, comfortable room. Interesting interior, hand painted artwork on the walls is funky and it serves clear, directional purpose at the same time. Instructions given at the reception were easy to understand. Canteen and kitchen encourages to make your own meals, access to toasters, kettles, even air fryers. Friendly atmosphere. Outside area with benches and tables is a big plus.
