There was an unpleasant moment. While walking around the city, my candy and chewing gum were stolen from my bed. The hostel has nothing to do with this, these are roommates. Nothing terrible, but not pleasant. After that, I carried all the documents and money with me.

The two nights in Dublin went well. I was traveling with my family. The husband and son lived in a double room (since the son was only 16 years old). I lived in an 8-bed room. Toilet, shower - everything was nearby. Hot water was available around the clock. A curtain on the bed gives a sense of privacy. Check-in was exactly at 3:00 pm, but there is a storage room for things. We left our things and went for a walk around the city. The staff is responsive and responsible. Helped us print plane tickets.

I was unlucky with the hot water every time I shower. Be ready to go up and down lots of stairs.

The staff was nice and helpful, besides to have always someone at the reception 24/7. The hostel is well located, walking distance from the city centre, also 5min walk from the bus stop to the airport. The place is big and there's lots of space in the dining room and common areas.

No soap and electric outlets in bathroom. No chairs/bench and no tables/shelves in room. The only place to sit down is therefore bed and the mattress shows excessive use because of it.

Nice bed pod - for privacy and for blocking the light from the street. Overall nice ambience, services and amenities. Great location.

Bed and privacy was great, but hallways and room felt unclean and neglected. Everyone the door would open it would squeak loudly. Not difficult to oil

Far from downtown, upper beds uncomfortable to get in and get out, big hostel and easy to get lost, most of the receptionists are not friendly at all, expensive.. but I guess most Dublin is, no coffee or tea for guests, obviously not breakfast despite of the high prices of the beds, no lifts or elevators for heavy luggage

The need to use a bracelet to identify guests is really unnecessary. The bathrooms are very dirty and poor maintained.

The beds are really good and comfortable and the staff is very nice.

I think it wasn't all that clean in the showers... and also one day and night there was no toilet paper. So it looked like there was nobody who came to clean the showers, else they would have noticed this. Also in the kitchen there were no paper towels anymore. In the end I went to reception to ask for it.

I liked the place and where it was. Close to everything and still in a calm place. Close to a shop. The beds and sheets were great.

It's very big and there's always someone walking around. The showers are not enough at some hours for all the people there

Humming sound coming from the electrical plug which was located right beside the head of the bead made it difficult to get good sleep but other than that it was a good stay
