A very modern hostel - I was only there for a brief time before having to leave for the airport but it was clean, pretty quiet and worked perfectly for what I needed.

The experience of sleeping in a “wood box” was different for me. it was different but I did like it.

The receptionist was very attentive and helpful. Great experience! also, I liked the washrooms and how the facility divided boys and girls.

Had to go to a different floor to use the toilet as there were only two stalls in the nearest bathroom. Couldn't immediately find the hostel as I didn't see signage other than a "61" on the door to the reception. Checking in took about 15 minutes as there was a long queue despite using the option to check-in online.

Comfortable bed, had a power outlet with a USB port, adequate storage space (though one has to buy a padlock as they aren't included). For the price the experience exceeded my expectations.

My check out was very early in the morning and the front desk was unmanned at that time. I noticed couple of customer passports and a pile of invoices left next to the printer. It would be useful for the front desk staff to take care that these docs are not left out in public view and make sure they are kept safe from any prying eyes / hands! Its very likely this may have been a one-off instance.

Brilliant hostel stay. The staff were all ready to help and very friendly. Did not expect it to be so clean, tidy with thoughtfully painted walls, doors and signage. The bathrooms were always kept clean. Liked the bunk bed with cabin like features. It had a curtain for privacy. Reading light and plug points were available beside the head end within each bunk cabin. Quiet environment. Communal area had snooker table, table tennis, lounging sofas, tables, chairs and a staffed cafe.

The only downside was the showers were closed due to a hot water problem but there were some more further down the corridor.

Feels safe for single female travellers and the room was very quiet despite the hostel being full.

Would have been nice to have hooks to hang up clothing. They could put it by the benches, similar to the way the bedrooms have rows of hooks. 30 minute bus ride was the biggest downside, but the price made it worthwhile.

Wi-Fi was easy and speedy. It's pretty labrythine, but they had good signage to help you find rooms/showers/kitchen/etc. Beds were comfy and each is in a little pod, which helps mitigate Covid concerns. Showers had nice warm water with enough time per button press. The activity room has pretty stained glass in what seems to once have been a chapel.

there is a pub right across the building which can get a bit rowdy and noisy at night. the building does not have any elevators too, I had to drag all my stuff 3 floors up, the whole place is like a maze too with so many turnings and doors. the toilet uses an automatic timer tap, so we need to keep pressing it, and there’s no place to put your toiletries.

the bed was comfortable, rooms were pretty clean too. a lot of room available , one of the cheaper & more value for money option in Dublin. the toilet is pretty big, no need to queue and wait

Toilets don't have enough privacy, showers have a button u need to press every 20 seconds or the water stops flowing

The tenants drank alcohol in the lounge and were very noisy

No lifts in the accomodation. Not enough hooks or space to hang personal belongings inside shower. The only hostel I've stayed in where the showers did not have complimentary soap in the shower unit.
