The bunk beds are a little boxed (not a lot of air flowing). The light of my bed didn't work. 3-tier bunk beds is a little wild. Didn't enjoy climbing so high to get in and out of my bunk bed. Didn't like that there were a lot of men just hanging in the lobby. I felt observed.

The noise of the other girls while sharing the room. Some were in past midnight making an absolute racket, others were up at 6am taking showers. Also trouble finding which bed was mine when the lights are off.

The bed was comfy and good to have curtains for privacy, a charging port and a lamp for reading

The socket charged very slowly. The bathrooms were really dirty and smelly. There were nothing in the room, except those beds. And it could get quite stuffy. The room was generally quiet but at one night someone was screaming outside.

It's cheap, near the city centre. They have curtains to block away the disturbance from other roommates, which was really nice.

Everything was very good, apart from a little hiccup in the dorm when one other guest got sick in the middle of the night. It was hard to get back to sleep with the stench.... Otherwise the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again hopefully

Pretty bellow average hostel really. The toilets are on the top floor which meant I had to climb 2 flights of stairs every time I needed the bathroom, and they weren't exactly nice when you do reach them.

The basements the place to go in the evening. The Brazilian workers really made my stay, if It wasn't for them it would've been awful.

There was definitely old cum on the curtain of my top bunk bed... and google maps does not bring you to the correct door so make sure you look for the light!

The Hostel was located in a small residential area very close to Temple bar, making it accessible to night life, and for my first time staying in a mixed dorm as a women I had a positive experience.

Mixed Feelings at Dublin Hostel - A Tale of Two Experiences My recent stay at a certain Dublin hostel left me with mixed feelings. The hostel itself sat comfortably in the realm of the intermediate; not too shabby, yet not exceptionally remarkable either. It was clean enough, located conveniently, and offered the basic amenities one expects at such a place. However, what truly sets apart any accommodation, for better or worse, is the staff, and this is where my experience veers into a tale of disappointment with a glimmer of redemption. The majority of the staff members, with the notable exception of a kind gentleman with glasses, seemed to lack the warmth, hospitality, and helpfulness one would hope for in such an establishment. Their approach was often indifferent, bordering on unwelcoming, making simple interactions or requests feel like inconveniences rather than part of their job description.

My was on the third floor and it was too difficult to use that stairs carrying my heavy luggage. Also the water of the shower was too hot. It would be great if it was possible to adjust the temperature of the water.

I was surprised to find out that I had to constantly press a button to keep the shower going, I didn´t even know that existed. I understand that for a budget hostel the economy is important but the water wasn´t warm enough probably because it is not on for long before having to press the button again.

The staff was great and I felt at home instantly. I have never stayed in a shared room before and I was please to see there were curtains in front of the beds giving a sense of privacy and also space to place lugagge behind the curtains. There was a whole resembling a window on the right which is nice but I wish they could place a curtain there too since the lights in the room were never turned off.

The lockers do not work. You cannot stay in a dormitory because your things are not safe. The bunk beds were not cleaned underneath. After spending almost 2 hours waiting for a solution the lovely girl at reception helped us by moving us to a private room.

The showers were quite gritty, the fire alarm went off in the morning and didn’t stop on and off for an hour, the check-in took over 2 hours.

The bed is not dressed, they kept the bed sheet on the bed for the guest to dress it by themselves, I will suggest it's not a good option, I hit my head several times trying to make the bed by myself, again the power bank provided its OK & doesn't have enough capacity to fully charge a phone ,their is no power on the bed which one of the receptionist told me it was disconnected for Health and safety reasons, I understand but switching on general light when others are sleeping isn't a good idea
