There was nothing to not like.

Clean rooms, comfortable mattresses, very helpful owners/staff. We noticed an issue with the shower water temperature and drain, and the issues were rectified immediately. Good location. There were also four lovely cats that live in the Courtyard that were very friendly (Rosco was a special boy who gave one of our friends who wasn’t feeling well lots of cuddles and love). The breakfast spread was lovely, and exceeded our expectations.

it was a little cold.when we arrived in the room the heat was not on and later after the wedding the room was not warm enough. Extra bed clothes would have helped but these were not provided

It serves only a continental breakfast that you can have sausage and bacon with, also if you want an egg you boil it yourself, would have been nice to have a cooked breakfast but I can't fault the continental offering as it the croissants were fluffy and warm and the berries were fresh.

Stunning building and location just 10 minutes from the city centre. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and usual amenities like a coffee machine, hairdryer. Staff were very friendly and there's free WiFi

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price of the room but they're working with limited facilities.

Lovely quiet room with plenty of space, comfortable seats and clean bathroom. The bed was warm and comfortable.

There are no screens on the windows, so if you open them up to get some fresh air there will definitely be a few bugs that make their way into the room.

The grounds are gorgeous! It's the perfect place to go for a walk 😊 The room was simple but comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious!

I was delighted with the breakfast options. I didn't want full irish breakfast. My husband usually has full Irish when on vacation. He was happy to have sausage and bacon available, aswell as the other options.

There was nothing to dislike.

Everything was excellent. The room was so big, bathroom with large shower, Voya toiletries. Breakfast was very good and catered for all types of dietary requirements. But mostly the host was so good, showing us around and telling us the history of the place and the work needed to get it to the high standard it is now. It is definitely somewhere you would return to.

The breakfast which was included wasn't up to standard. Very little choice of juice -no orange juice and fruit. . The standard of the cooked breakfast could be much improved. There was little evidence of locally sourced products other than the free range eggs.

Rooms very clean and had good facilities . The host was very helpful and friendly. This is very good option if attending an occasion in Marrkee Castle. It is adjacent but it is a separate facility.

Great location room was massive , really clean lots of extra touches in room between toiletries , fridge with water lots of goody’s to enjoy with tea and coffee , fabulous breakfast , caoimhinn was so helpful , will defo return 😀
