IrelandBreakfast really needs to be better for this price of room. People who pay over 200 euro a night should be given a proper breakfast.
Breakfast was very disappointing. For the price of 1 night I would have expected a cooked breakfast. All they had was cereal, milk was luke warm, toast you made yourself, burnt croissants. And a boiled egg you had to cook yourself. Salami and ham that was taken away before I could get to it as everyone was trying to get to the food in a very confined space.

Irelandmessaged them twice regarding early check in, no reply. sleep was broken because of the noise coming from the walls or radiators i dont know!! really annoying during the night. Couldnt connect to the wifi and limited coverage not that really matters but if you wanted to contact someone. Also found walking back to the castle, it was very dark and dangerous and no lights in the courtyard.

IrelandRoom was basic. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner. Topped up bottle of tap water in fridge. If you didn't close curtains people could see into room. Room was not cleaned or drinking water not replaced after first night. Breakfast was as advertised pancakes and waffles both products not made on premises but bought locally in supermarket.. highly inflated price for poor quality bed and breakfast.
The accommodation looked great on arrival. The Courtyard was spotless. Plenty of parking.

IrelandTried for 1:30 check in to attend a wedding . Was told not possible. Yet next day 11:20 staff knocked at my door to ask me to leave. And were very rude and unapologetic in how they spoke. Cleaners rang me at 11:40, said I need to leave - because.... someone else was getting an early check-in. Asked for a 2nd key (stayed with friends to go to a wedding, so needed separate keys) Was told they don't do separate keys. The room sleeps 4, but only 1 key. Continental breakfast

IrelandThere was no drinking water after 6pm until the so called breakfast area opened at 8am which wasn't up to any standard at all with appliance's broken, also benches outside were unsafe as they were rotten with wood worm and unusable all in all my experience was very bad
