Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Beds were not the best. Pillows were flat.
The location was excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The service at breakfast was well below par. We waited 5 minutes to be seated and then at least another 15 for our order to be taken. Why not let guests self serve everything except hot food to save waiting on someone to take your order? The second girl at reception I interacted with was borderline rude. She was not interested in doing her job at all.
The lovely girl at reception on checkin. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name as she was so welcoming. Location was great. An easy walk to most places. Bathroom was spacious.

Nothing really, it satisfied all of my need completely.
I loved my stay and it will be my go to hotel when travelling to Westport again. The staff were all incredible, so helpful, the room was spotless and very comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was cooked to order which is exceptionally rare these days in hotels. Its a gem right in the centre of the town.

We took a notion on a Thursday afternoon to skip up to Westport for the night. Delighted to find the Mariner on Booking.com for €97. This is a lovely hotel. Very clean, fresh and cosy. Our room was perfectly appointed. We ducked between the raindrops and visited the Wyatt Hotel for pub grub then on to Matt Molloys for the seisiùn. A great night. Breakfast in the Mariner at €10 each was excellent. A lovely selection and better than most. Will definitely return here. Looking forward to it already.

I couldn't find fault with anything during my stay at the Mariner. If I did I would probably be making things up! No complaints here.
The location and the room were everything I was hoping for. The location was suitable for shops, restaurants and everything was within reach. The breakfast was excellent and the Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Double room on the small side, doors closing especially during the night very noisy. Some noisy guests during our stay, maybe when hotel is taking a large group booking should stress that noise should be kept at an acceptable level & respect other guests.
Breakfast was spot on. Hotel very clean, staff very pleasant & helpful.

Friendly bright hotel. Accommodating staff, rooms was spacious comfortably and warm. Great shower,spacious bathroom and plenty of towels. Ideal location and a mighty breakfast. Will return
