Carpet in bedroom is so worn that it is sticky. Bedroom carpet had a large join/cut in it. Room is tired and need an updating.

This is for housekeeping. The steam iron was leaking water and needed cleaning as rusty water came out of it. Been at that point before so this time no damage to the new shirt.

Excellent quality accommodation in every respect from the huge amount of space to the decor, furnishings and fittings. Frankly it was superb value for money. I didn't know exactly where the property was, and as I always use public transport, so I needed help to get there from Dublin Airport and that came straight back. It was a long trip on the number 16 bus and then a short walk to the property.

Room not ready at checkin. Impossible to enter the building as not been given the codes. Reception not manned so impossible to contact anyone. Carpets in communal areas very dirty. The room was tiny - and we didn't book the smaller rooms!! Ceiling in bathroom very mouldy and decorating not finished.

While its clearly stated in policy and self check in information provided that its Stickley No Smoking, the room we stayed in ( 103) was stinking from the smell of cigarette smoke....particularly in the bathroom and less so in bedroom and on bed clothes. Obviously previous users had smoked in the room. Not a pleasant experience and would not have been able to tolerate it for a 2nd night if we had it booked for a longer stay

One night stay for family get together in Rathgar area, booked two rooms. Location was convenient and easy to access. Roadside parking was fine, as was self check in.

It was dirty. Shower grout was yellow and black, decorative pillow and blanket were stained white. shower tray and shower head had build up. It had an empty toilet paper roll. The shower sprays the entire bathroom floor and there’s no mat or extra towels. It is completely self service, didn’t see a single staff personnel. Didn’t receive my code until I had to call cause I was at the door already I couldn’t even enter the hotel in the cold weather. the alley to the parking lot full of cigarette butts.

Very cozy and clean place. My parents travelled to Ireland for just one day and they absolutely loved the place. Considering the price it was so great.
