Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomHowever the room itself was very small and the TV had very few channels. I would stay there on my own for a sleep over, but not with a partner, just too small for two people.
The bed was very comfortable, and the access was very easy. The shower was great and the bathroom clean. I have no complaints in those areas.

United KingdomThere is a lot to work on at this property. 1. The shower flooded the toilet and outside area. The drain was working but the water from the shower just went everywhere even though we tried to be very careful. This made the area very slippery. The extraction didn’t work and the floor with room numbers 100 was a bit smelly, I think due to these issues. 2. The door system to the room is terrible. Our room was extremely hard to enter every time. You needed to use three fingers on the “screen” to activate the lock and it simply wouldn’t work. This led to huge frustration whilst we tried to gain entry. Once you did get the screen to wake up entering the number was straightforward. 3. The TV had only 3 Irish channels that worked. I am Irish so that was fine but we could see the menu showing other channels they just didn’t work. 4. We had loads of coffee and tea which was great but only one cup. I tried to find someone to get another but we ended up buying one instead as the property is mostly unmanned.
The lady we met on our arrival was lovely.

IrelandBooked though booking.com and getting this access codes is not an intuitive process, the digital pad on the room doors is a bit fiddly to use, definitely not suitable for an older person. I was informed by staff the checkout time is 11:00 am while the no9rathgar website clearly states check out time is 12:00 so better communication is needed in that regard
Good location, a number of parking spaces are available on a first come basis, good spacious room, en-suite facilities. Decent sized bed, a kettle and fridge are provided in the room.
