Hello,  I stayed last 2 nights in your hotel and I must say I heard a lot about your hotel before but I had a not pleasant experience even I paid so much money. When I arrived I waited at the door for a while since the code wasn't sent to me My room was small and super cold, the aircondition didn't work. I got sick now. The sink had an issue and it was dripping all the time which also didn't allow me sleep. I was in 104 room I am asking for full refund due to not good experience in my stay Rina Barbut +972548154438

Free parking was mentioned in listing, however only 2 spots on property. Adequate on-street parking, but must pay on weekdays.

No frills walk up guest house, perfectly suited for travel to and through Dublin. Located on a busy street, but set back. Did not hear traffic with windows closed. Very clean and comfortable room, bed and en-suite bath. Window let in lots of light. Tea and coffee accoutrements, mini fridge. Self check-in codes sent via text. Good value. 30 mins to Dublin airport, 20 mins to the coast. Grocery store, restaurant and pub about 3 blocks away.

The hallway and stairs carpet is dirty definitely needs a change .. Checkout is a bit early but not a major thing . TV only couple of channels on it needs to hve more ..

I really like this hotel ,we had cozy room ,it was clean,soft bed ,coffee machine,fridge ,hair dryer.It is situated in 15 minutes from city center by bus

There was hairs in my bed when I checked in, I had to remake the bed, floors needed cleaning and there was a dirty sock on the fire alarm.

No staff on premises. Could not contact property before my arrival date. You can not leave a message on their voice mail. Eventually when I got there they answered the phone and gave me access codes. They told me they would send the codes through email later but never did

Rooms are small but we knew this. Sink in room but we knew this. They cleaned our room 100% only 2 of the 5 nights, so this was disappointing.

The Telephone Staff Mr Malcom was very kind and attentive. The bed was good.

Great value with free parking in the lovely village/suburb of Rathgar a few kilometres south of the city centre. After a coffee in Rathgar we took the 10 minute bus ride into the city centre.

There was no fridge although fridges appear in room pictures. Room was small but adequate - although could have used a desk and a chair There was no breakfast - but I knew that in advance.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good.

The room was too hot, the TV didn't work and there were not enough tea/coffee facilities and no staff to get us any.

Small room, constantly banging doors in the corridor, we heard neighbours snore, dirty curtains, cracks on the wall, shortage of towels (only 2 towels for a couple), sink in the room, stinky fridge, constantly passing cars with no aircon in the room may cause discomfort.

The location is good, but nearby road is not that quite. Tall window.

No one was on site to assist, I wasn’t informed in advance that it would be self check-in, the room was small and didn’t invite relaxation,

I liked the surrounding area.

In a place where Americans been attacked we did not have a phone plug for phone thar was in room but not working if we would have need help .. Also a tv that had no remote and only a few channels to watch .. so wasn't what we paid for at all.

The TV didn't work, the towel holder was about to fall out of the wall and I didn't get the code to check in which I had requested. We had to call the management but my phone cannot call international, lucky my partner could use his. Why ask what time you are arriving, if you only give codes just before 14h00...at least tell us before time as we wasted time driving to hotel to just drive back to Dublin.

The room was big and the shower was amazing.

The shower did not drain properly. Causing you to turn the water off to let it drain mid shower. The TV didn’t have channels.

The location was nice. Walkable to the town for food and drinks. Clean.

The maintenance man was very nosey and keep annoying me and my partner he had no respect of privacy

It think it could do with a refresh. The walls were marked and a few stains on the carpet. Which could easily be removed with a good carpet cleaner.

It was very convenient for me. And it was very comfortable and safe for a lady on her own.

Definitely not as good as the photos indicate, walls very thin, I could hear the person in the room next door snoring all night. Room smaller than anticipated. If you lower your expectations the price point does probably match what you get.

On site parking was a bonus
