Room size was a little tight ..we were ok but if i had been travelling with colleague rather than family it would not have worked....room in a 3 star i stayed in previous night was 50% bigger... Maybe when twin single room is booked mangement could allow a larger room for this type of booking Trying to gave you genuine feedback

Our receptionist is very helpful and informative! Our room has one of the best view of Letterkenny. We had 4 course dinner and they were all in big portions, we couldn't finish them but we are able to take the dessert to our room which is amazing! Breakfast is also really good. 10/10 for us.

The standard of the bed when I stay in a hotel I always check the bed especially the sheet it has to be crease free and tucked in properly the sheet was just left rolled up at the bottom I had to remake the bed myself .when room was cleaned on the next day duvet was just thrown up on bed and pillows positioned the sheet was not even touched I had to remake bed again I was not happy about that

Bathroom was so clean food was excellent staff so friendly and so helpful especially the young lady at reception. I had originally booked a standard room they then give you the option to upgrade which I liked as most hotels don’t offer that on confirmation e mail

Good location, everything is within walking distance.The bedroom was bright and very clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food to choose from.

The lack of air con in the room was annoying but luckily the weather wasn't great, otherwise it would have been really uncomfortable. Air con was far too cold in the restaurant and reception at times.

Fabulous staff super friendly and helpful. A lovely clean hotel. The food was fantastic.

Some of the common areas were a little outdated / could do with a refresh.

Located in the centre of Letterkenny with lots of amenities nearby. Room was recently refurbished and the pool was nice. Lovely staff. Good value for money.

I was disappointed there was no fridge in the room, and no drinking water bottled or otherwise. There was a coffee and tea making service but a little pack of biscuits would have been a nice touch.

Very nice hotel room was very clean and bed comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. We had dinner in the Mulberry which was excellent as well.

Surprised there was no Jacuzzi in the leisure centre.

Very clean and modern. Good location plenty of free parking. Lovely food had breakfast and dinner. Very nice staff. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious and cleaned each day.

Would like to see more ventilation in areas like the breakfast room stairwells and gym to help prevent covid. Great that there was a free car charger but I think 2 or 3 more chargers needed as there was a lot of demand for it.
