We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandMy biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The bacon and toast was edible the eggs were disgusting they were like leather and the yoke was pure green The hash browns were cold and the orange juice wasn’t drinkable either. So didn’t have a good breakfast experience

IrelandThe staff in the Mulberry which was well staffed seemed to be more interested in their own issues. It was felt asking for service seemed we were interfering with their evening. Perhaps a little training into customer care and paying attention to them would be advisable.
Food generally good except for fried eggs which were not good, over cooked and perhaps a new way to fry eggs. The rooms were spotless including bathroom and the water offered was appreciated.
