It took forever to get a hot bath. The water was cold in the beginning and took about 10min to get hot.

Booked a standard room so wasn't expecting too much. The room was lovely, spacious and modern, a lot bigger and nicer than expected since it was just the basic standard room that I'd selected The tv positioning and various light sources/ combinations was also a nice surprise, along with the desks etc not being directly underneath Also in a great location in terms of temple bar etc

The suite was exceptional. Staff were all helpful with all our requests mostly for our 1 year old. Food was good both at breakfast and also for room service.

The property is in a great location with all main areas within walking distance. The staff were exceptional and friendly. This was a last minute booking for us and they were very accommodating. We have a toddler and the facilities (including keeping milk in a fridge for us) we’re fabulous. Breakfast was excellent with a huge amount of choice. We stayed in a suite and the space we had was exceptional!

Great hotel and location is really good, the only disappointment we had was not being able to use the Spa, a little chill time was very much needed but unless you pay you couldn't use the steam room etc. Manchester Airport radisson you can use pool etc within the price of your stay.

The cocktail waitress was extremely busy but we couldn't raise a smile out of her. Unfortunately she seemed to be even cross with her Co workers which took away from the atmosphere of your beautiful bar.

I had just ran the DCM so I was presently surprised that I was able to get a lovely room with a brilliant bath no problem and thank you to the lovely friendly girl at reception for organising that. Beds were so comfy too and the breakfast class, thank you

Walking from lift to room, I thought I was in a scene from The Shining! If each floor is the same as L4, then definitely a full renovation is needed. The room was nice and modern, but there was a large carpet stain and stained marks on the desk/surfaces. That's the last thing you want to see, especially for the price paid.

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. Bar downstairs was nice to go and have a drink after a full day of sightseeing/walking.

Booked for my parents, celebrating a milestone. When I mentioned this in passing to the check in staff, he upgraded them to a suite. And later send a desert plate to their room. Facilities & breakfast were great and all staff they encountered we most helpful and friendly. Location is really central and accessible.
