Only one criticism, while hotel and all common areas were warm, the night we stayed was very cold out and our rooms were cold. As we had booked two rooms, same situation in both rooms. Maybe it was a management decision to get people out of their rooms, but I think that was shortsighted. We checked in at 4.30 and heat only came on at about 10.30 following morning.

Room was exceptional. Bar Food was very good. Perhaps expand breakfast to include some fried potato's that seem to work well in other hotels. Great atmosphere in bar, family friendly and friendly staff. Kids had a ball.

When we went to reception to ask could we go into the bar because there was a rope across it the lad told us no your not residents not nice at all

No one managing the coffee dock so meant couldn’t get a coffee til 12.30 when bar opened . After breakfast finished . Bar staff where very stretched and busy but they did there best . Issue with the first room given really loud noise coming from a boiler room next door but we got moved after complaining .

Breakfast selection was great , so much to choice. Staff at breakfast where all So helpful both mornings . Avril made us feel very welcome . Kids club was in second night , lovely kids room and the two chaps running it Kevin and daragh where great with my son who has additional needs . Bar food was nice . Reception staff very helpful .

Food in the restaurant was ok - definite room for improvement (I ordered the Seabass, meal itself was more like a soup!! - Very tasty however!!)

no soap at the sink in the bathroom. One had to close the bathroom door in order to open back the shower door, to lean across the bathtub to get at the shower gel. seriously…. put soap at the sink. and all to just wash your hands. put soap at the sink.

We moved into the bar sat up at the bar was sitting there 20 min staff bussed around us serving seated customer's food and drinks I got up went around to where the bar staff was asked was there bar service I said we have been sitting there 20 mins and was told they only do bar service if you are having food I said we have just had a meal in the resterant this was very bad to a customer with no explanation I got our 2 drinks went to the room to watch end of match 2nd night got serviced at the bar !!same staff on the funny side their Christmas hat s was from the year dot old and shrunk and fadded they need new !!

Our first room was very noisy it had generater and air unit's outside our window room 134 we asked to move we moved to 4th floor 417beautiful view s works going on the new bridge understandably noisy 8-30 in the morning we were there for business first day so had a meal in the restaurant at 6 o clock super staff and the food was excellent prompt service got to see the match in the bistro bar !!

Breakfast outdated! No facility to charge electric car . EasyGO was out of order and no charging points in car park. Miscommunication about eating in restaurant. We were told it was booked out and we would have to go to the bar-bistro. There didn’t seem to be a busy restaurant from the bistro.

The room was very spacious clean and quiet with an excellent view.
