There wasn't anyone on the desk in the leisure centre so after waiting for 10mins we just went ahead in. Pool was lovely temperature but the steamroom didn't smell nice there was a fusty smell no oils used. Needs a revamp very old looking. Sauna wasn't very hot either.

The river view room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. We loved the view from the bar area at the back and the easy access via the new bridge down to shops restaurants and bars.

The staff in restaurant clearly did not like there job and definitely did not want to be there They barley spoke and when they did it was poor service Honestly never seen anything like it before Most likely won’t be back

We couldn't use the swimming pool, because the kids are not allowed after 19:00, what I don't understand.

Location was great. Room was really good. Eduardo at the reception was really kind and helped us very much.

The junior suite was small in comparison to other raddison hotels. Not worth the extra.

The staff in the bar that night were very poor. The guy served man before the woman. Happened twice very unfriendly The down pipe was leaking outside our window and made noise And also the hot breakfast wasn’t very hot. Great selection and choice though.

Breakfast was average. Even though I was eating relatively early (around 7.30/7.45am), some of the buffet options looked as if they’d been sitting there a long time.

Convenient for the purposes of my stay in Athlone. Room was comfortable and clean.

Pool and area around poor. Very slippery floor no warnings posed. Expected slip resistant tiles. Describing rooms as river view misleading. More accurate would be river glimpse if standing next to window and stretching your neck! First room offered was dark. When I complained I was given an alternative which was good.

Our room (436) was uncomfortably warm and the temperature control did not work so we had to leave the window open at night and despite a request for a quiet room location we were over looking a delivery/service area which meant we were woken at 6am by delivery/moving of beer kegs & bins which was disappointing ....... if we had been staying longer we would have requested a new room. An unfortunate issue but we would stay again but would ensure we had a different room aspect.

Room was good size & clean. Staff were polite and efficient especially Hilary in the bar. Location was central so easy to walk to selection of bars & restaurants.

Double room could have been a little bit bigger. Space to accommodate the two sitting chairs was tight . Perhaps the space to store clothing could have been designed better as it is not easily accessed .It was above head hight and I am medium build with short arms.
