Excellent selection for breakfast. Central location. Beds very comfortable. Handy pool/ spa facilities. Complimentary hot chocolate at bedtime.

Everything about this hotel was Exceptional. From we arrived on the Thursday evening to going home today we encountered 3 amazing days. Everyone has being so nice. We got to speak to staff using their Christian name's and they called us by our own Paul & Linda.

Possibly the most comfortable bed ever. I didn’t want to get out. I’ve stayed here like 4 times at this stage but the beds have always been quality. Location is good for Shannon Airport and the motorway, also not that far into the city.

The hotel was spacious and very clean. Our room was very comfortable, well equipped with a large bed, a lounge area, ironing facilities and an office space. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The staff were professional and very helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping staff. We had a problem with our room thermostat, and the duty manager was amazing and so friendly and resolved the issue so efficiently, and we appreciated that we were given a discount for the night.

The buffet breakfast was at best lukewarm. After the first morning my wife just had porridge as she was so disappointed This was the first and probably the last time at the Radisson

A nice enough hotel but we found our room very hot with no way of controlling the heating. On the plus side it looks like much of the hotel has been recently renovated and the breakfast was very good with all dishes cooked to order

Spa was dated, outdoor jacuzzi was stained The doors to the outdoor jacuzzi were wedged open so couldn’t sit on the the heated recliners as it was too cold with the doors open Steam room wasn’t working Went for breakfast at 7 am had a taxi to airport at 25 past, breakfast arrived at 20’past comedian have time to eat it, shame as it looked great and cold Stuff was great ordered it at 7 and told them we were in a rush

For more than 200€ per room, I expect a flawless experience. Unfortunately, there were several issues, which I don't deem acceptable in that price range: - no bathrobes - rolling beds - loose screw in bathroom - noisy room We asked for bath robes at the reception and were told they would be in the room or we would receive them at the SPA. There were none in the room, and SPA only had robes for "treatment guests." SPA told us they would send some to the room - which didn't happen either. Our bed had wheels and was sliding across the room even by the lightest touch or movement. We reported the issue to the reception and room service had a look - didn't really know what to do about it either and told us to put towels under the wheels as breaks ... told reception again and they told us they would send a maintainance person while we are in the SPA. Well returning from the SPA the issue persisted ... so we did what we were told and fixed it with towels ... in this price range I don't expect to play McGyver to be able get a good nights rest ... There was a screw randomly sticking out at the tiles near the bathtub ... we didn't hurt ourselves but one could stab their toes there quite seriously... There was a big school party going on in the function room all night, which was audible in the room but didn't matter as the radiator was making more noise anyway. All in all, this was the most expensive place on our Ireland tour and somehow also the worst.

The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious! The hotel is comfortable overall, the staff is very friendly (but unable to fix any issues ...). The SPA area is good. We enjoyed the Sauna and loved the outdoor whirlpool.

I have thought hard about this but I cannot fault anything.

The Staff are always so friendly it's that first contact that can make it break a visit. I cannot fault the staff just so nice.
