The dinner in the bar was unforgettable bad. We waited 1 hour and 20 min for the food and burger was the worst I ever eat for 20 € We were not able to turne the heating off, so there was warm to sleep .

There was no additional throw on the bed and it was a little cool sitting at the table working in the evening

The menu in the bar was limited the food was only ok. The drinks were a let down my husbands smithwick was flat, wine was rotten. On the second night I had a pint of Guinness that was nice.

Leisure club was very nice, breakfast was lovely, water provided in the room was great. Lady that cleaned the room was so nice she gave us extra water and towels she was so helpful and nice..the lady that checked us out was very nice to the kids. People at the desk were very helpful.

I think an overview of the charging stations for EV vehicles needs to be looked at. More options for plug in hybrids if possible

I arrived late. Kitchen was closed . Options were a club sandwich (but a 40 mins wait) so I opted for a pepperoni pizza delivered to room. It was a poor quality product and was undercooked certainly not worth €25. This needs to be improved

Wish indoor pool was larger, so more people could actually swim . Also sauna and steam room not hot when we went in. Hot tub great though! 😄

One first arrive it was night time the hotel looked so beautiful light up got a warm feeling of the grounds. In reception was greeted by a man at the reception desk (I can’t remember his name) but all warm smiles a warm greeting and from the other staff also. We had opted for a double room but were upgraded to a premium and definitely was a bonus after 3hpurs of journey for myself. It was very easy to navigate around the hotel , the bar had the Ireland rugby matvh under 20s on was a good atmosphere. I’m the room it was spotless !! I was in room 342 and the accommodation staff definitely know the meaning of attention to detail as the room was spotless . I opted to use the gym it was a nice quiet time to gym the facilities in there where brilliant all what you would need . Unfortunately I never got to use the spa as I didn’t have time . Me and my partner was greeted by a friendly woman on arrival for breakfast she brought us to our seats , was very pleased with the breakfast choices, the continental had a wide selection and the hot food ( you have to order from the menu) was quick to come out, fresh and hot and very pleasing to the eye . For a hotel not fair from the main road it was pleasantly quiet and calm which was perfect also being at Patrick’s weekend the hotel was calm and peaceful which was an added bonus as the atmosphere seem to feel relaxed which is what anyone wants when they head away. Me and my partner definitely will be returning in the future highly recommend it !!
