Pool was smaller than expected. Fire alarm went off at midnight due to someone vaping in their room! Not the hotels fault but unfortunately disrupted our stay.

Staff were fantastic! The blonde lady in the restaurant was very efficient and helpful. Food was delicious also. Outdoor hot tub was a treat after a long couple of days walking around sight seeing. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we were given the presidential suite…wow!

The first night the heating was broke and the room was very cold. This was more of an inconvenience as usual as we had a small baby. We were given a heater but it didn’t make much difference, to be honest.

There was a lot to do there, especially if you have small kids. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and we couldn’t go see the farm animals, but the pool was great. The staff were fantastic. So friendly and happy to accommodate.

Nice clean hotel , staff were friendly. Had extra benefits of playground & Animal farm . Met a lovely lady called Claire , who looks after the animals . Very friendly & provided information on some of the animals .

The breakfast was lazy. The egg was cooked fresh and very nice but everything else was microwaved or at least badly heated up. The pudding was rubbery and the sausages were poor quality and badly cooked( very oily) it was just a lazy, get them fed and out. Nit what you would expect from the Radisson.

Bar staff were lovely but overall service was very slow. Food was mixed, some great some not so great. We were told at reception there were ponies on site but there weren't... The girls were disappointed. Only something small!!

Bar staff, we didn't have a great experience for our evening meal. Our dinners were brought out a half an hour apart so we didn't get to eat together, tgey got an order wrong. We weren't once asked if we were ok.. after about an hour of the last eating, we had to go to the bar to order dessert. It then took another 30 minutes to come. The bar/restaurant wasn't even busy. There was 3-4 staff working so there was ni reason for this. Other tables were also having same problems, we didn't even get an apology.

Staff were very friendly especially reception staff and breakfast staff they really went over and above for us. The man at reception had our room ready early which meant alot with 2 kids and even gave them colouring books that evening while we sat in the hotel lobby. The breakfast staff made my 6 year old feel very important showing her how to make pancakes at breakfast.The hotel grounds are perfect for families. The pool was heated and so warm which was brilliant.

Nothing to not to like, a bit far from the city centre maybe but that's not an issue.

It was an amazing stay in Radisson Blu hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and will all the necessary facilities. It was a very relaxing stay. Not to mention the friendly and polite staff. Highly recommend!

Bathroom could be updated. Outdoor play area advertised is dilapidated, not safe for kids to use. I know its December but swing not in working order and equipment needed to be looked after.

Absolutely fantastic and far beyond our expectations in terms of facilities, things to do and every single member of staff were so friendly, professional and went out of their way to make us and the kids feel welcome. Would highly recommend it for families with young kids. The little pet farm is so cute and a beautiful relaxing walk. Location is very near Bunratty Castle and so many other tourist spots. We look forward to planning our next trip and will make use of the pool and the kids club next time!
