It wasn’t good value for money, it needs modernisation. Breakfast was very small for the price of the room. It was hotel room charges other than being bed and breakfast prices.

We didn’t realise that breakfast wasn’t served during the week however when he realised we had expected breakfast, Connie opened the dining room straight away and raced off to make us coffee. I think he went above and beyond

The B&B was absolutely wonderful. Parking at Giant Causeway very expensive. 13 pounds per person in car. Rip off.

Everything felt very old and minimally maintained. Bathroom lacked common toiletries. The parking situation for our car was awkward as we had to park in the rear & drag suitcases through a hotel parking lot to get to the the front of our property to enter.

- parking is located behind the building (which is huge), and you have to carry your stuff all the way around it - multi-storey building with no elevator, could be difficult for elderly people - furniture is outdated and desperately needs renovation - door lock didn't look reliable - very basic breakfast - confusing communications with the host: wrong check-in instructions (mentioned room had been taken, had to spend time clarifying check-in details) - we were charged twice: the day before checking-in and after checking out, thankfully we didn't leave the town yet and were able to come back and rule this out - with all being said: poor value for money

+ location is really great, right in the center of a town, with lots of pubs and restaurants around + great view from the window

Beds and pillows very hard. We all had bad sleeps every night.Ensuite not clean. Mould around taps and shower. Vent on ceiling choked with dust over shower. Mouldy smell from wardrobe.Entrance weedy and unkept. View out window of ragwort and rubbish. Big tidy up and modernisation needed. If I knew it was going to be like this I wouldn't have paid in full when we arrived. Overpriced. Staff however were helpful.

Everything was grubby. The walls, doors, carpets, furniture...the shower was dirty, the water was cold, around the toilet smelled like an old pub urinal. Lots of dust, cobwebs and unidentified stains. The breakfast was bleak and most of the items cold, definitely not a hearty, Irish breakfast. The cook appeared to be under pressure, we felt like we'd inconvenienced her. Definitely not somewhere I would recommend to anyone. Disappointing spending hard earned money for a below standard experience.

The "so called' deluxe room was spartan, had no attractive features, looked very tired, no guest information and none given on checking in. The bathroom had a very small, grubby shower and the wash basin was cracked.
