Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomSadly the shower leaked in to the floor under the seal in to the toilet room which we mopped up but was slippery
Location was ideal for city break. The ambiance of the hotel and boutique vibes were original.

FinlandThe room remained moist a long while after you took a shower. This made the atmosphere in the room sometimes very still.
Staff was very helpful and nice! TheRoom was cozy and every floor had a Galley for Infinite Tea which was a fun extra - - that made our trip even more special. Breakfast was simple but tasty! Very good barista-coffee! Location was perfect for a holiday. Far enough from the main streets but close enough to enjoy Dublin City by foot.

United StatesThe shower in the cosy room leaked a tad bit into the bathroom, so perhaps a spare bathmat would have been useful
I loved the coffee options they had and the fact that you could opt for drinks instead of having the room cleaned!

United KingdomI didn’t like how warm the room was, the air con was stuck at 19 degrees being the lowest so at night it was really warm and stuffy and a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. We thought €22 each was a bit steep for what was essentially a continental breakfast with the option of sausage and boiled egg. However, it is buffet style so you can get your moneys worth. The actual street for the hotel entrance was a bit dark and could be seen as intimidating at night but we had zero issues. There is a lot of information about facilities/checking out etc, that you’re given on check-in which can be a lot to take in after a long day of travelling, it would have been handy to have had this information in the room somewhere. The TV channel was limited to 3 channels, and we struggled connecting our phones to the amps in the room for music.
The location was really ideal. Walking distance to Temple Bar (about 15 mins) and close for any bus or tram (Luas) lines. The views from the higher up rooms were stunning, we were on the 5th floor and had lovely views of Dublin. I don’t know how busy our floor was but it was nice and quiet at night, so seemed really well sound proofed. We arrived earlier than check in and the hotel kindly stored our luggage so we could explore before check-in, the same for checking out, and the process was seamless. The staff were very kind and helpful.

FinlandThe hotel was new and modern with nicely decorated spacious rooms. Marshall speakers in each room made a wow effect. Lovely bar for drinks between ventures and excellent location for accessing all central attractions or getting there by public transfer. Young and not so experienced staff but everyone was superfriendly. We loved it.

United KingdomTea, coffee, facilities You don’t get a kettle in your room. There is a dedicated room on your floor that has tea and coffee there for you to make a drink, also there isn’t a kettle in there it’s a hot/cold tap but it doesn’t get hot enough even if you run the tap for a longer period. Although I have said the above this is only my personal preference! I would still 100% stay there again . It is a lovely hotel with lovely rooms and wonderful staff, I have disabilities and my personal preferences would be to have drinking facilities in my room.

United KingdomOnly downside to staying here on our final night, another guest managed to get into our room with their key card. We eventually got them out after confusion on their part but was concerning that someone had got in with another key.

SpainThe only thing that could do with an improvement was the shower. A lot of water was coming out each time (because the sealing had come out) and the temperature was all the time changing to boiling hot and cold.
It was amazing. Very good room and services. The breakfast stands on its own, excellent and really varied. And the employees of the hotel really nice and attentive. I went there with my wife for our honeymoon and she wants to go back as soon as possible. Ps: the dimming lights in the room were a wonderful detail
