The teas and coffees in a separate communal area on our floor was a bit awkward for the times you'd usually have a tea or a coffee at night / in the morning. Having to re get changed when you're about to go to sleep sort of thing, for example but overall not a big deal

The communal area and rooms were really nice, guitar amps and the funky shower were definitely not expected

the only thing i can complain about is that there was no minifridge in the room, and i found it odd in a 4-star hotel

friendly staff, very clean, the bar/reception is really big and you can just hang around whenever it's right in the city center, within walking distance to everything we picked this location because it was 10 min away from ormond quay bus station, as we had an airport transfer very early in the morning we didn't opt for breakfast, but it looked good

Tea and coffee facilities were disappointing in what was available and in the fact that it was in a communal area rather than the room.

Would have liked a kettle/ drinks making facility in room. We travelled one night half way round hotel to the drinks/vending machine which was then out of order. The breakfast options were a little strange and on one morning no one checked if we’d paid so could have eaten for free.

Great location for a weekend away. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Great that we could leave our luggage with reception and collect later on our last day.

The only issue was that the lights in our 2 rooms would not turn off when we wanted to sleep, and we had to go to reception to sort them out. They were apologetic, moved our rooms and provided us with breakfast in the morning. Other than this minor issue, all was well.

The staff were all friendly Complimentary drink was greatly appreciated Clean rooms and facilities Staff were accommodating when we asked to room next door to our friends I would recommend this hotel and would return!

A very small complaint channels on television in room hard to locate & heating did not get up to temp

Only downside I could say were the pillows were a little hard. Otherwise, it was exceptional!

Lovely decor- homely and warm decorations but still trendy. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Nice bar with good drinks list and cocktail selection! Can borrow board games and cards to play in the seating area too. Comfortable bed, the room was very quiet, warm and there was a galley with hot drinks/ vending machine etc on every floor Short walk to temple bar.
