Absolutely everything about this house was perfect, we were a group of 6 and all beds were so comfortable. House is fully equipped with everything you need & is really a home away from home. Hosts were a pleasure to deal with. The house is ideally located only a 5min drive/25min walk from Dungarvan centre & hosts had very helpful information booklets & a folder with places to see, taxis, takeaways etc. we were blessed with the weather so we got to avail of the lovely picnic table out the back. 10/10 highly recommend, we will definitely be back !!

House closing instructions would have been helpful knowing where to put out the garbage, strip the linens, etc. We weren’t sure what items to put in the recycling container versus the regular trash.

Very comfortable and a great location. The house was very clean and well stocked. The property owner was very friendly and had a beautiful apple tart for our breakfast. I would highly recommend this property.

Because we are an adult family of 8, we found it necessary to cook several nights a week to keep costs down. Sleepy Rock had such an amazing kitchen and Butlers pantry and could probably have complemented it with more kitchen utensils like baking trays, a mixing bowl etc to cook with.

Hey Aoife, My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was more than well equipped, beds were super comfy and it was lovely having an outside area. We’ve been travelling in a 9 seater van so having a driveway to park in was brilliant! It was a lovely base for us to explore the south of Ireland from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying in Sleepy Rock Dungarvan. The house is beautiful, very clean with loads of space. It was great to be able to have a lovely place to return to during the day as our youngest daughter still has a daytime nap. Aoife the owner was fantastic. She met us on our arrival and was so friendly with lots of information about what we could do with the kids in the area. The fridge was socked with water, milk, butter and cheese and ham, we even had a delicious apples tart! It was great to be able to relax with a cup of tea after we arrived. Would highly recommend

We did find the wifi a bit slow with multiple devices connecting, but otherwise no issues at all with our stay.

Beautifully kept large house in a quiet suburb not far from the town centre of Dungarvan. The house is well stocked with amenities from the bathrooms, a basics in the fridge (and a complimentary apple tart from our host!) and facilities for washing and drying clothes. Overall loved it, huge bedrooms with comfy beds! Would recommend, ideal for a family or group of friends!
