Noisy, we were not able to sleep. On the side next to us you can here others speak. From upstairs you can hear they foot steps, looks like they were running or exercise in the room at night. In the morning you can hear from upstairs, cleaner vacuuming, speaking with somebody.

Mould by the window on the wall. Hotel room was also very noisy throughout the night. We were in the basement and it sounded like tables and chairs were being moved late at night.

Our favourite place to stay while in Dublin. Staff are so helpful and friendly it always makes your trip extra memorable. Many thanks to Sandy and Alex. Very clean, everything that you need is there. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room we were in was fabulous. Excellent location in the city centre will all amenities close by. Always a lovely touch to have complimentary water and coffee in the room. I would highly recommend here for value and comfort. We will be back again.

My next door neighbours were SO loud and ruined my sleep&stay in the hotel. They arrived after midnight and partied for hours. I was in work related trip, and so tired. Too tired to pick up phone and complain to the reception. Hoping that neighbours will fell a sleep soon, I covered my head with pillow and tried to sleep. But everything else was OK. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Very nice hotel It remains near temple bar zone (such 5 minutes of walking). The room was comfy and well cleaned. It is near the pick up place for cliffs of mother tour (Finn McCools Tours)

poor sound insulation from neighboring rooms. small rooms. got woken up at 3.30 am by a guest setting off the fire alarm. went to the lobby and was told it was a mistake. hotel made no compensation for a night of disturbed sleep. i thought they should have offered a free breakfast or small reduction.

Great location of the hotel, easy to get from the airport, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Spacious and clean rooms, nice staff. Good brekfast.
