Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandI cannot say anything negative about this property. it is really a perfect find and I intend on spending many more night here in the future.
This was the most affordable and brilliant property I have ever stayed at. The facilities were great, the staff were friendly and professional and to top it all off, what a perfect location it is.

United KingdomThe room was tiny, tatty and not particularly clean. The staff couldn't have been less interested in us, we risked being hit by a bus when we pulled up outside and you have to park half a mile away. You really do need to get some sound proofing and stronger walls in your rooms. We thought we were in a brothel with the noise coming from next door and the wall physically moving as they hit their head board. I have stayed in a lot of hotels around Europe and I think this was the one of the worst I have ever stayed in for a ridiculously high amount of money
Not a lot

IndiaThere was no water in the morning and there was no help offered either. Also, the elevator was not working and we had to carry our luggage from the 5th floor all by ourselves.

IrelandThe room i was given (room 5) had a terrible view outside the window, room was downstairs so nothing nice to see from the window, bathroom was quite small and had a constant sewerage smell. Duvets were far too heavy ,big thick winter duvets instead of summer duvets, luckily there was an electric fan in the room. Rang reception at one point for more milk, had to ring again 15 minutes later as it still hadn't arrived, the man on reception brought the milk down to me himself.
Room was clean, coffee machine was nice, good location

United KingdomThe floor boards were EXTREMELY noisy and squeaky and we were woken up around 7am from the people above (wether they were staff or guests) and the noise continued until we got up at 10am. The breakfast was suppose to be an all you can eat buffet for €10 but we could only get yogurt and granola as everything else was gone, apart from a couple of slices of bacon and soggy eggs that had been in the container all morning. We were told it was on from 7-11am and we got down at 10:20am. I think if it says it’s on until 11am, every equally paying guest should have the same selection of food.
Good location close to all the main areas. Clean rooms.

IsraelThe room was really hot but the windows could barely be opened. Also, they're was alot of noise. There was a sign in the hall to notify about maintenance work but we did not know about it before the room was booked. Also, we stayed at the 5th and top floor and there was unbelievably loud seagulls noise.

Irelandtheir were cobwebs and spiders found near one of our beds, and the walls and of the room badly need a new coat of paint. the rooms also arnt very sound proof everything can be heard from the room over.
the decor of the dining area is lovely and it was very cheap for our one night stay. Our room also had a huge window facing out onto the city centre and had high ceilings

South AfricaBeing an inner-city hotel, there is a lot of noise from the street outside: traffic, pedestrians, etc. If you like to sleep in darkness, perhaps request a room that is not facing the street. We would have appreciated black-out blinds!
Hotel St George by Nina is perfectly positioned for a city stay. It is a short walk to all of Dublin's highlights, including Temple Bar, St Stephen's Green, and for shopping. There are numerous restaurants and pubs very near by. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel should you not want to walk.

IrelandThere’s nothing really I could fault about the hotel.
Great location for the city, I used it due to its location to a nearby hospital. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I can’t comment on the breakfast as I didn’t sample it.

AustriaWe had a room downstairs in the basement, with no lift (but heavy suitcases). The whole night through there was an on/off loud sound (probably heating or air conditioning). It was one of my worst nights in a hotel ever, because of this noise down there. Rooms in other floors will probably be nicer and, I guess, more quiet.
The room was clean, and water, tea, coffee were provided complimentary.

United StatesRoom was very stuffy. It was only in the low 60s and at night it would get into the 50s. But windows don't open (crack only) Our room backed up to the alley where garbage trucks run all night long and the birds start hollering at 4 AM every morning. Beds were not comfortable. Pillow was flat. Staff was obviously overworked and grumpy. Not worth the money.
Location was excellent. Hotel and rooms were clean.
