That the suitcases would be left in the hallway untill the rooms where done. We only had clothes in there so i did not mind this time.

The rooms where small but clean. Personal was always willing to help out. Was a very good stay and we will be back. I took off all the sheets when we left to put them in a pillow case. And i seen clean pillows and douvets, that's always my last test before i leave. They passed with flying colours.

Mould in bathroom and around window. Uncomfy bed. Thin walls, could hear neighbours throwing up at night which kept us awake. Fire alarm went off at 3 am, we got out of our rooms to find nobody outside or at the reception, we waited very long to get an explanation as to what happened and that everything was in fact ok.

Breakfast prices were a little high especially because I have a teenage daughter with the appetite of a flea!

It is absolutely beautiful and tastefully renovated mixing stunning original features with minimalist modern furniture in a way that feels harmonious. It gives a very good example of how to use a little IKEA in a traditional setting without ruining the setting. We were at the back of the hotel and despite there not being double glazing (which I congratulate you on as I really do love a sash window) it was very calm and quiet. The staff were absolutely lovely. Especially a young red haired woman who was always full of smiles and extra helpful. I’m afraid I don’t know what her name was.

I dint end up staying in the hotel . There was a smell of smoke throughout the non-smoking building . It really wasnt clean . Staff member was very pleasant and not her fault but its over priced for what is at best Hostel style accommodation

I had 6 days booking but i left the hotel with in 2 days and asked them for a refund and they denied me. I left because all of these reasons room cleaner came but i asked her to give me some time as i was in a meeting and after that, i called them to provide me with cleaning and they said now the time passed and after one day again room cleaner will come, I asked them to provide me with some ice and they said you have to come down and bring yourself, room cleaning is very poor My comfort level is very poor because of the next room couple having time and my bed wall was crashing like i am doing which is very uncomfortable for me and I can't even sleep

The breakfast wasn't great the bacon was hard and not much choice only scrambled egg that had been there a while. We ate out the second day for breakfast which was lovely for the same price

I didn't like the smell when I first entered the hotel and then my room. There is a wet musty smell and I think it's the moisture on the carpets that are potentially mold.
