Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Didn't want to leave the morning of our departure. From start to finish it was such a relaxing and comfortable experience. The dome is really something special and it looks a lot bigger in person. The stove was easy to light and there was plenty of fuel and it really heats the dome well. Giving cosy vibes! Bed was comfy there was tea and coffee facilities as well as cups and plates if you needed to cook in the common area and even though the bathroom was a short walk around the corner of the dome it was very clean and had all necessary facilities. Hot shower too. So quiet and peaceful and very close to grange and bundoran . Would highly recommend for a couples quiet getaway !

IrelandNothing - I had read before booking about the pods not having their own toilet facilities but that didn’t bother us at all. There is a shared area for toilets and showering which you have your own privacy.
Our stay at Teapot Lane was amazing. The location was perfect, the glamping pods are finished to the highest standard and the aesthetic of the pods are perfect. Kevin had left us plenty of wood to burn in the stove, also informed us of the addition heater which was great as we are now in autumn and the weather is that bit cooler in the evenings. Not only have you access to your own pod, there is a communal area which was so warm, cosy and clean. The grounds are also very dreamy. I would highly recommend anyone booking here.

United KingdomShower and toilet facilities were fine but maybe didn’t come to the same standard as the glamping pod. As we’re seasoned campers it wasn’t a problem for us.
Glamping pod was beautifully laid out inside, with everything you could need. Log burner, bathrobes, blankets, mini kitchen (no running water but bottles filled). Beautiful communal area with an open side.

IrelandThe only thing I could complain about is toilet is a 1 min walk away which is a pain during the night when you’re dying for a pee after several pints! Other than that it’s excellent all round 9/10

IrelandThe place will be even more amazing when en-suites and wifi arrive to the domes (coming soon they told us 😍)
We absolutely loved our stay in Teapot lane! It was such an unique stay, the bubble dome just has to be experienced. It was so cosy and peaceful. The location was ideal for us as we wanted to do some of the wild Atlantic way (mullaghmore, bundoran, Tullan strand) and hike Benbulben. Derval and Kevin were pleasant hosts and we spent lots of time chatting to them and Kevin gave us great recommendations for food and walking activities in the area! We miss it here!

IrelandThe toilets facilities are a little way away from the dome but are normal flushing ones. There is no water supply at the dome itself but the host had left a bottle of water for filling the kettle and a bottle of drinking water in the fridge which was very helpful. Unfortunately the Bluetooth speaker provided refused to pair with either of our phones but would have been a lovely addition. The location is not particularly near to any local shops but with adequate planning is not a problem
The location is lovely and quiet and the forest dome was certainly luxury with a very comfortable large bed and a modern log burning stove which kept the dome cosy and warm in the evening. A great location for a couple's escape! We took our own bbq, even though there is a large communal bbq available for guests to use. Derval, the host, was friendly and helpful and provided us with everything we needed, such as outside tables and chairs to enjoy our bbq. There is a communal kitchen for cooking and/or washing up and a lovely lounge/bar area which would be great for large and small groups to socialise. The dome had a decked veranda and nearby picnic table for eating outdoors. Inside the dome there was a small table and 2 chairs for eating indoors, a fridge, electrical sockets, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery as well as an additional wall heater and electric blanket on the bed, if needed, although we found the stove and bedding more than adequate. The window in the dome has large heavy curtains which can be closed for extra privacy. An excellent experience if your looking for something special and a little different!

IrelandWould have liked a toilet in the dome but in saying that the toilet was a 30 second walk from the dome and was very clean also.
Very unique place to stay. First time glamping and will definitely be back. Had an outdoor shower and it was unbelievable thought I wouldn’t like it but was very surprised it was warm and privacy maintained. The dome was very comfortable and warm. Bed was very comfortable and got a great night sleep.

IrelandOnly few things, bins was full, maybe its mistake, forgot to change after other guests, and about music, owners ask turn off music. So if you love to listen music, I not sure is this place for you. The grass could be cut and it would be an even nicer sight.
