The noise from a few other selfish guests all night on our first night, but management acted swiftly the next day and shifted us to a quieter spot and dressed down the offender - nice customer service.

Lovely spacious room and ensuite bathroom, felt comfortable. Next to the bogwalk, a surprisingly beautiful place for walking each day. 35 minute drive into Kilkenny.

I could hear people talking all night so I didn't sleep well but kids did and that's all that matters

It was my little man's communion and the staff went apbove and beyond with his meal they were so accommodating and done everything I had asked and more. They were excellent even the next morning when he asked for egg whites on toast they were so good to him as he has special needs. To make him happy made me happy so thank you all. 😊

Stains on furniture in public areas. Shower head in bathroom dirty,stained shower curtain missing grout on bathroom tiles. Mould and grime around the edge of the bath.

The staff were,lovely, welcoming,friendly and attentive. Food was well cooked and plentiful with a good choice of evening meals. Breakfast again was great with excellent service. The public areas were clean and well laid out with good design. The bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed and high standard of bedding.

The WI FI did not work ans although we complained, and another staff member also noted that she could not connect to the wifi nothing was done from the staaf on duty to try and rectify it.

The furniture is a 'little down at heel' now. We have stayed here on a number of occasions but as I am on crutches we were in ground floor rooms and the furniture is quite shabby.

The food was very good for dinner and excellent for breakfast.

In the room, the power sockets were by the table. No sockets by the beds. The cold water tap in the bathroom sink was warm and had to run for a few minutes before it cooled down

The staff were lovely, and coming from the north on the way to Limerick, it was the perfect stop off

The hotel was useful as it was near our family. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The ongoing renovations were kind of a put off (painting in front entry) but the stay was suitable.

Room was very dated and dull, there was hot water in both taps!!! Bathroom very old looking. Floor not cleaned very well. Radiator could not be altered. Paper cups instead of pottery cups meant we couldn’t wash them to make another drink. Not enough clothe hangers in room.

On a number of occasions had to send back very dirty glasses. We usually move bed close to wall to provide a barrier to prevent our son from possibly falling out, area where bed was moved from was very dusty and manky. Word of advice - some 'housekeeping' to be done in case a fire officer ever inspects under the 1981-2003 Fire Services Acts.

Breakfast and dinner were all good. Staff were friendly and made our little boy very welcome. Good location to use as a base to see surrounding areas.

the kettle, it was dirty and full of limescale, we unfortunatelly did not get the chance to avail of coffee.

the facilities were nice, tidy, and clean, the shower was amazing, the preasure was exceptionall, matres, even though it was a spring matres it was comfortable and we both slept well.

The bathroom was clean but quite old looking and could do with a renovation. In comparison to the rest of the hotel that is kept fresh, the bathroom wasn't at the same level as the rest of the hotel.
