Nice cosy room thats very homey and lots of personality. Joe was very good in facilitating our late check in and was very welcoming despite arriving even later than planned. Breakfast was good and generous. Great short time in the B&B

It was very bright in the morning, so I was happy to have my eye mask.

A great place! The room was spacious and comfortable; t he bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The location is great-a 2-minute stroll to the castle, shops, and pubs. The breakfast was delicious 😋

The curtains in the room we stayed in could be a little thicker, especially on the window facing oncoming traffic. The room did brighten up quite a bit when a car approached.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The owners is extremely friendly, a fountain of knowledge on the areas amenities and a very good breakfast cook. Really enjoyed our stay.

I loved everything about the property, it clean, comfortable and Joe made sure everyone felt special. It was also in walking distance to the castle, food and shops.

The property was lovely, I spent time reading in a comfortable chair in front of a beautiful fireplace, Joe served me tea and I felt very special.

I have travelled to over 30 countries and plenty of different cities and have stayed in countless hotels and hostels and B&Bs, etc. This place is HANDS DOWN without a doubt the single best and most hospitable place I have ever stayed in my life. Joe was born to run a B&B and does it with such enthusiasm and grace and know how. Even though Joe is the best part about this place, he makes a fantastic breakfast every morning for guests cooked to order, and the facilities are so clean and comfortable and cozy. This place is also down the road walking distance from Bunratty castle, some amazing pubs, and some great food. This was our first time in Ireland, and I could not have ever asked or imagined a better experience for accommodations than the Courtyard Guesthouse. Not only all of this, but if you stay here, take a few minutes out of your day to have a conversation with Joe. You won’t be disappointed. Great guy to talk to and just have a discussion with. Joe, from your new friends Ronen and Sean, we miss you, we wish you the best, and we will be back before you know it and will be staying at your B&B without a question. Thank you for giving us an incredible experience for our first time in Ireland.

We loved our stay, too bad it was only for one night! Joe was a wonderful host and gave us great recommendations for dinner. Spot on! The restaurant next door, J.P. Clarke's, was amazing! Absolutely fantastic stay at The Courtyard. The owner, Joe could not have been more helpful. He advised us of things to do in the area and provided the most delicious made to order full irish breakfast.The room was spacious and comfortable with a modern bathroom. The B and B itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We could not have had a better experience and hope to be back again in the future.

Joe was super friendly, informative and it was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Courtyard Guest House. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast amazing - all quality ingredients. The Guesthouse is situated in a great place to walk to Bunratty Castle, Durty Nellies and has a great restaurant next door.

Joe allowed us to check in at early so we could leave our bags and go out Touring Bunratty. The place was comfortable, clean. The breakfast was delicious and Joe was a wonderful, accommodating host. I get this place 5+ stars.
