Very hip hotel with a chill comfortable bar area & coffee dock downstairs for reading, rooftop restaurant with views over the city, and tiny bedrooms with huge bed and every inch considered. Great friendly staff. I think there’s an art deco style cinema in the basement.

You need to give a deposit, and I was not aware of this in the reservation.

The location of the hotel is great. It is very easy to reach all the highlights in Dublin by tram or bus. There are also a lot of options for restaurants and coffee shops in the same street, even a laundry service.

There wasn’t much that I didn't like overall. The only issue with the room in which I stayed was the absence of a closet or any place to hang your clothes. The quarters would certainly be extremely tight for more than one person.

The Devlin is truly of the boutique category. Very charming decor. It'll give you the feeling of an old movie theater, which I might add there is a movie theater on the premises. The lobby restaurant serves up some delicious treats for breakfast and lunch during the day and becomes quite a lively social scene at night, complete with live musical performances. The Italian rooftop restaurant, with its beautiful views, is a delightful dinner option. There are probably 80 rooms across 2 floors. The rooms are cozy and equipped with a snack shelf and fully stocked minibar. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and does their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you're thinking of staying here, be advised that it's a short light rail ride to the Dublin city limits. The neighborhood is safe and has an array of restaurants and pubs that are in easy walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is about a 40-minute taxi ride from the Dublin Airport, as well as an express bus from the city.

All staff were amazing, courteous and very helpful and accomodating. Location is great with pubs and restaurants on the street. Rooms are small, but very well designed and comfortable. Hotel has a bar, restaurant and cinema. I felt at home here!

The room was extremely small and there was nowhere to properly unpack clothes into, the bed was in an alcove with only one edge to get out of meaning I had to climb over my husband to get out of bed- not easy when you’re a bit older and trying to get out in the night without disturbing the other half!

Great location, clean and staff friendly and helpful
