It's a small thing really, but the TV channel options were poor, and there wasn't any facility for Netflix, Prime or any streaming services. At times we just wanted to relax in our room and watch a film, but we couldn't.

Superbly located, very comfortable, excellent and friendly staff. Very nice bedroom and clean too.

Great location at the heart of the city. Hotel is great from all aspects. Comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, excellent customer service, very professional staff. Fabulous breakfast. It is simply the best for me in Dublin.

The bathtub was very slippery and difficult to get in and out without slipping even though holding on rails. The message services offered were not onsite and had to go to off site location.

Breakfast options were all delicious. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

A couple small maintenance issues, but nothing major.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly, and the facilities were very nice. The in room amenities were all inclusive which was very nice, and it never felt like the hotel was trying to up charge you for anything, which I find quite often these days, even at this price point. Overall the experience was very comfortable for my family and I.

The breakfast lacked quality . Breakfast staff were not speaking good english and we had to explain our order several times.

Location was perfect. The room was nicely decorated and spacious. Lovely touch with the table and chairs to lounge. The staff accommodated me with early check in which was very convenient.

Service was mediocre and definitely not the standard I expect from a 5 star hotel. Not a single staff member who crossed my path smiled and said good morning, or asked how my stay was. Reception desk staff who checked us in barely made eye contact and mumbled the entire time. The TV in the room isn’t a smart TV which you would expect from a 5 star hotel, so it doesn’t support Chromecast/Airplay etc. You don’t need a key card to go up to the rooms and there are barely any staff present in the lobby at night; even when there are they pretty much ignore you and don’t seem to keep an eye on whether someone shouldn’t be there. If I were a public figure I would not consider this hotel secure enough to stay in.

The room was beautiful, well appointed, very comfortable and spacious. Shower pressure was perfect. Location could not be better as you’re close to the shops. Room has luxurious fine bone china teapot and cups which I appreciated. I could not be happier with the room.
