Just a shame some people who stay there Have no thought about anyone else, but to slam doors and move chairs on the hard floor, that’s nothing to do with the Gresham though it’s selfish people!!

I dined in your restaurant on the evening we booked. I did feel that the tables were very close to each other, definitely too close for comfort. I was with my son that has special needs and while he is very good he speaks a bit louder and I felt everyone's eyes on me and him. Also I could see thst when people received their food guests at both sides stated at the plates as the seats were in such close proximity, I would definitely consider looking into this. We are in the bar at lunch time and it too wax beautiful 😍

Absolutely love the Gresham. Been going there for around10 years just after Xmas plus other times during the year. Fantastic location. Spotless. Beds and pillows so comfy. Staff very friendly. Food very good.

Juxtaposition of modern interior design with the hotel historic origins. There were no soft floor coverings! Even in the bedroom. Also, just some small touches missing - like there was no water to drink in the room

The hallway had no carpets, looked a bit cheap when the rest of the hotel was lovely but won't stop me from returning

As there are no carpets in the rooms and main corridors, you can hear loud footsteps, people talking and doors slamming which can affect your sleep. Also the smell of cigarette smoke came through the vents into room and as non smokers it wasn't nice for us

The staff were friendly, attentive. The room was very comfortable, cosy and choice of breakfast was amazing to suit everyones needs.

Two small things, the sockets for the kettle are opposite to the tea station. The hairdryer cord is too short. One other thing, the tv was turned off at the wall!

I’ve stayed at the Gresham a few times now particularly at Christmas. They’ve always been great, accommodating and friendly!

A little disappointed that one of the beds in the room was only a sofa bed

Just to say no christmas extras in the hotel , and no music etc or lilttle guest treats etc for the festive couple of days would have been a nice touch . Many thanks

This is a beautiful hotel. Each and every staff member was so friendly and welcoming to my family and I. Food and drinks was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back 🥰
