The scrambled egg at breakfast were rubbery/ over cooked but as there was plenty of selection it was not a major concern as I just replaced them.

The rooms are spacious and clean and modern. The bathrooms were very high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Angela at reception was a great person to meet on arrival. Angelo? the floor staff doing floor bar service Saturday night, was very friendly also. However, the housekeeping were the friendliest I have met in any hotel. So well done for having a great team of people.

Friendly & helpful staff, great service, comfy beds and really delicious breakfast. Was able to check in 4-5 hours early which was really appreciated as we had somewhere to be so was nice to be able to get settled in. Great location, short walk from Luas stop.

Breakfast was not that good. Pancakes were dried out and cold, fruit was not always fresh. Coffee machine was constantly broken.

The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming . Rooms were v clean and super comfortable. 30min after settling in. we got a call from reception to ask if we were happy with room and asking if we needed anything else brought up (that was a first for me but was a lovely idea) The choice and standard of breakfast was amazing. We also enjoyed a glass of wine in the main reception lobby which was also v clean and comfortable. Would definetly stay again

2 of the Kids were sleeping on a sofa bed that was squeaking all night every time they moved.

We are in our seventies and we were put in a room very far from check in and even after using elevator we had to climb stairs with our luggage to get to our room down a VERY long hallway.

Great location, staff courteous and helpful. Very nice room. Very nice restaurant attached and wonderful breakfast buffet included.

The location is brilliant the decor fabulous the staff so warm and welcoming very helpful our room was ready early we were going to the Marathon the breakfast was probably the most delicious ever the bed so comfy we had a lovely stay

The customer service was beyond the exceptional courtesy of one staff member, in particular Uros. He was just so kind and helpful. We had little kids with us, and our flight got in early. He offered us beverages and just kept checking on the progress of the room. Made us feel very welcome to our first trip in Dublin. You don't see good customer service these days. All staff was amazing, but special shout out to Uros! Thank you from the Bhachu family

Martin the manager was exceptional, my friend and I were doing the marathon, omg he was just the most professional and nicest manager I've ever dealt with, and I've been all over the world, he let me go back to room for a shower afterwards, I think the Gresham Hotel is so lucky to have him, and the staff at reception are gorgeous too, so helpful and friendly!
