Outstanding hotel - a touch of luxury.

A bit of background music in the bar would have been welcomed but otherwise all good. Did inform when booking that it was trip for my dads 70th birthday but they didn’t acknowledge that when we arrived or during the stay.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable. No noise. Great location. Can walk to all the main parts of Dublin very easily. Lots of restaurants and fast food around. Close to Temple bar. Taxis outside. Also the air coach from the airport stops right outside. A tour company is 2 minutes away too which we booked a trip to Glendalough with.

The hallways where the rooms are located have a poor color and lighting concept, and the hallways are not carpeted. Noises made in the hallways (speaking, laughing, etc.) are amplified. This can make sleeping difficult.

The breakfast was consistently fresh every morning. The bed was super comfortable!

There were a few downsides. While the breakfast had a fabulous selection, I found the sausages to be of very poor quality. Additionally, the rooms were quite noisy as the doors offered minimal sound protection from the corridor. Staying in a room near the back of the hotel, I could hear an extraction unit outside throughout the night, which affected my sleep.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to easily explore the charming streets of Dublin. It was also very easy to find, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Overall, the combination of excellent accommodations and a prime location made our trip to Dublin truly enjoyable.

The location could have been a bit better but we managed to get around quite successfully. I was expecting a bigger room since I booked an executive king suite and those are generally much bigger in the US. The bathroom was very simple.

The rooms are of a good size compared to most of Europe. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was great and location was good, close to shops and public transport. The building is very nice and has great decorations as well. There's a nice bar/restaurant inside the hotel.

The gerberit discrete toilet system is old, and parts need replacing to ensure it works properly and consistently.

Forgot to turn the heat down in our bedroom at night so sleep slightly disturbed. Some nice ambient music in the seated areas would be nice or piano music in the bar.

Super friendly staff with lovely atmospheric feel generated in time for Valentine’s. Very generous room size beautifully decorated in contemporary style. Main restaurants, bar and lounge areas had kept the stylist glamour of the old Gresham from our previous visit over 20 years ago but updated with a modern twist.
