Some issues with shower and sink not emptying. Light bulb not working on bedside light. Would have hoped for direct charging sockets for phones etc Car park is great, however at meal times it’s so busy was difficult to get a space.

Decor was great, staff were lovely, accommodating and friendly. Wonderful pub for food attached Nice size room love the electric blinds and no noise from busy main road.

I loved staying here, cosy rooms, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is a really nice place to stay. Easy bus journey into centre, good shopping centre and food across the road, there is really nothing to not like. Really nice staff, and a great vibe.

The hotel is wonderful. Our room was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The team at both the hotel and pub were absolutely lovely and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend!

Road noise was a bit of an issue. We had the lone room on the third floor so I suspect this issue was unique to that room.

It was a little bit outside of the town which I knew before booking but you could easily get a bus outside the door so it was fine. Taxi was only 5 mins into the centre.

the room was really gorgeous and the bar/resturant below had a really good atmosphere. Particularly loved the room as it was very stylish with a big tv, big bed and modern bathroom.

If you are a light sleeper, the noise of the road can disturb you.

The property was still adjusting to the newly renovated room. We asked for a hair dryer, and promptly attended. But it has a comfortable big bed, the room and the bathroom are spacious, and check in and check out is hassle free. Well made cocktail from the bar. We also had breakfast at the restaurant and the food is good.

Check was a bit strange and a lot of super heavy fire doors. Breakfast doesn’t start till 9am - which is really strange.

Was next to a busy road and you could hear the cars go by

The girl at reception was so welcoming and lovely! We got to stay in the newer room at the top of the hotel and it was gorgeous! The bed was massive and so comfortable and the bathroom was big, it had a light up mirror and shower had a waterfall shower head! Best shower ive had!! We visited the restaurant for dinner and drinks and again can't fault it was lovely and the staff were really polite.
