The young lady that let us in was very helpful including walking me down to the lane to access the back of the property for parking. We had early plans and they made sure we had access to the continential portion of the breakfast early. Room was small but very efficient - the bathroom was the size of a closet but had a door & was all we needed.

Excellent breakfast and location. Parking was available. The staff was lovely. The art and music, tasteful. The only downside was our tiny room with a tiny window. Didn’t matter to us. We were so happy with everything else.

Everything was wonderful. Nothing not to like.

The Stop is an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Galway. We loved every part of our time there. The staff are welcoming, kind, and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast each morning and a comfortable place to sleep each night. The entire house is charming and relaxing. It has a common areas for all to enjoy, and so we were able to put our 2 young children to bed upstairs while we relaxed downstairs. We would 100% stay here again.

Beautifully appointed and decorated. Russell was an exceedingly helpful, gracious, and generous host. The breakfast was wonderful. the location is a short, very pleasant walk from the main tourist and commercial area of Galway. We were very comfortable there with our two teenage daughters.

The Stop is a real gem of a B&B. The minute I walked in the door, I enjoyed being there from the welcome from Daniella to the tasteful decor throughout and the comfortable bedroom and shower facilities provided. Breakfast was exceptional, bringing a delicious twist to your normal breakfast fare. Russell could not have been more accommodating with my special requests and helpful with my queries. When in Galway again, I will definitely want to stay at the Stop.

Check-in was super easy as simple instructions were sent to us for a self check in as we came after working hours. Breakfast was amazing both the days we stayed. Russell, the host was extremely passionate, friendly and helpful to us during our stay.
