Comfortable and clean room - even if the bathroom was tiny! Breakfast was fantastic - nice to also have parking available on the property , Russell the host was also very helpful and obliging with some great recommendations of where the best restaurants and pubs were, and some great tips for the trip to Mohr which made the day memorable

Loved all the attention to detail. Artwork all over. Location is perfect, just 5 minute walk to Latin quarter. Fantastic breakfast, all homemade, fresh ingredients. Hosts amazing. Home away from home. Totally recommend.

The Stop is a wonderful place, I highly recommend it. We met Russell and also a staff member (sorry I forgot her name) who were both really friendly and gave us great local tips and advice. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in many years of travel and the ambience of the hotel - it's lounge and dining area, and the room we stayed in was excellent. Clean, friendly. stylish and with great music as well. A great find and if we go to Galway again we will stay again - but for longer!

Highly recommend The Stop!! Our room #10 was quite small, on 2nd floor walk up. It was very fine for us. Might be warm in July though. Perfect location and host R. and his staff were top notch. Breakfast was ample and tasty. We parked our car at the Stop for 2 days and were able to walk to Galway Centre sites, the beach and restaurants etc. Great spot.

Parking was tricky, but off road. Shower was fine, but toilet area was tiny! Would have liked a larger bathroom. No tissues or face cloths.

The atmosphere and decor were cosy and modern. The location is great. Shops, eateries, and water all within easy walking distance. There is a supermarket across the street as well.

The breakfast was fantastic! There were a wide range of options and great coffee! Russell gave us great recommendations on exactly how to book the Aran Islands. Additionally, all of his recommendations on restaurants and pubs were spot on!

It was quite warm night, we missed our fan but we managed by opening both windows to have a cold breeze. Other that than, everything was perfect for us.

Loved the design and decoration displayed all over the place, keep your eyes going from here to there to keep finding small details. Bedrooms were comfy, quite warm during the night. Breakfast was outstanding, exceeding our expectations. Everything is made at home by the team and all fresh ingredients. Russell gave us a brief about their coffee beans and their origin. Whichever request you might have just let me know and they will provide an option for you.

We didn't particularly like the beds as the ones in our rooms were noisy due to the type of mattresses they had. I don't know if all the rooms have the same though. We were a bit unlucky as the other travelers were a bit noisy in the morning and that woke us up. It's a B&B so you have to be aware of the sound proofing. Overall, it was a great experience and even with these little things, we would definitely go back!

Excellent location. 15m walk from city centre and beach ( opposite direction to city centre ). Variety of breakfast options and a supermarket 1m away from the hotel. Staff was friendly and made our stay fantastic. Very quiet area.

Everything! the place is super stylish, comfortable, clean and easy to get to! great location! little touches that made it feel especially nice. Drew and Selina were very cool and a pleasure to chat with - plus they were super helpful. One of the best spots I stayed it while driving around all of Ireland!

The Stop is a very welcoming place. The decor is eclectic and interesting. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! I loved the rhubarb French toast! Great location, everything was within walking distance.. We enjoyed our stay in Galway.
