IrelandWe would like to have been able to book the Bar Restaurant in advance. We were waiting for about 30 to 40 minutes for a table. It was only 5 to 10 minutes the first evening. We were very happy with the staff and the food. In particular the menu changed the second evening - fish was replace by bacon. I like both. The natural lighting was a little dark, but the artificial lighting compensated well. Maybe the dark timber surrounding could be made lighter. ;-) The West Restaurant did not appeal much to us.
Breakfast was first class - as good as more expensive hotels. The staff was very attentive , and attended to the inevitable glitches promptly and effectively.

IrelandEverything! We had such a lovely welcome from the receptionist, the treats left alongside the handwritten card were such a lovely touch. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms very spacious. The food at the hotel was fantastic! We dined at the West hotel which was such a great experience, the breakfast was also fantastic, with so many options available to order from the menu.
