I wish our room was a little larger as we had a room that was on the corner if the building. This meant we only had one bedside table.

Excellent t breakfast with lots of variety

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

The room was slightly smaller than expected but perfectly located away from the noise from Temple Bar as requested. Breakfast was excellent and the service was very good. The lounge was cosy with a fireplace and bar.

The LOBBY BAR was our home away from home and we were treated with care and kindness.

The only thing I didn't like and IT'S A TINY ISSUE, was the music in the lobby. Maybe they don't expect people to be there as long as we were (like I said, I picked the hotel for the lobby), but the music was a soundtrack of piano music that wasn't to my taste, and even that I can ignore, but it was just a little buzzy in the speakers. I'm talking PERFECTION here, as it was just a little thing. I'm a musician and notice that stuff. Also, even with elevators, there are still stairs to navigate, so be sure to ask about that if there are mobility issues.

Everything was great, but I have to say that the STAFF WAS IMPRESSIVE. Our concierge from Zimbabwe (I am so sorry that I didn't ask her name) was so welcoming and warm. Then our HERO, Octavio, bar keeper, luggage conveyor, and furniture mover extraordinaire, was wonderful. I chose the hotel because of the LOBBY where we could gather and relax, and it was beautiful. When we wanted to sit by the fire, Octavio moved big, heavy, wonderful chairs closer to it so we could all sit together. Then he served up delicious drinks and snacks for us weary travelers. Everyone was so gracious and kind. On our last night, we ate in the restaurant and Daisy and Vitao (? I think) were so informative and helpful in our selections of food and drink. Engaging with the people around me makes a huge difference in how I feel about a place. I want to know about them and let them know I appreciate what they're doing. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed, but with that lobby (and the sun terrace!!!! yes I said SUN; we had perfect weather), I felt as if I were staying in a country house and just going up to my room to sleep at night. Double windows kept out almost all of the temple bar noise and I never found noise to be a problem as some have mentioned about the area.

Front rooms were a bit noisy on weekend nights, but again, the experience on Fleet street was great and expected. Front room can get warm on sunny days.

Location was fabulous to enjoy Dublin and many sites, restaurants and stores close by. Breakfast was superior and well worth it! Staff was excellent and accommodating, truly great at their jobs.

    Struggling to find anything wrong!

This hotel is fantastic. Location 10/10, especially with excellent double glazing which really does nullify the noise outside (you are in the centre of Dublin). The comfort of the room, plus the fact this is an oasis of calm refinement from an outside of hussle and bustle. We did not want to leave.

The front desk staff were excellent and most accommodating. The two servers in the breakfast room were VERY hospitable, welcoming and customer focussed. The bed was comfortable; the location in the Temple Bar was great + close to public transportation. F & P Brathwaite

I was put in a great room - small but quiet. It was clean & elegant. However, there was a view of a wall (very little natural light) and I was in a corridor that required two short flights of stairs beyond the elevator. For a solo traveler, this doesn’t seem like a great choice. Esp for over $200 per night. I also had a problem with the tv. They came to fix it but the cable had a problem. They offered to switch my room but it was already 11:00, so I said no.
