Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe language barrier. I do believe that in a country that has many tourist, hotels in a large tourist destination…… English should be a communal language. No one at reception or the employees in the hotel could speak English
Room was great and clean. It was not sea facing, so views were not great, tho we did ask for pool or sea view. Breakfast was just okay, nothing to get excited about. Nothing was labled in English, so was a bit difficult to know what you’re eating, especially in a foreign country as there were foods I did not recognise

GermanyNot enough free car parking space, had to pay for public parking. Room interior seemed quite old, the furniture and walls looked very worn off. Balcony furniture was some old plastic chairs. The breakfast buffet had unfortunately no labels, so sometimes it was just guessing what it is. Also the tables were very close to each other and it was hard to squeeze through.
Good location, everything in walking distance. Comfortable bed.

Israelbed threw my back so i barely slept most nights (i dont usually have back issues from beds) some staff at breakfast area were rude and angry the pool area barely has shade, and the pool itself has no shaded areas (only the kids pool which is great) they had a raffle on the final day for people who checkout earlier and we werent informed that it took place and if someone won During 2 days of our stay they did random maintenance work that included a lot of noise and working with heavy equipment - it did not feel safe. some of it was with electric tools right on the pool side.
location is great, food at breakfast was ok, front desk staff are nice, and in the pool and pool side it seems that there is always room for everyone even if hotel is full.

Israelit was too crowded with people , not the hotel fault , and expensive in my opinion because of Passover . price were too high !
Great location, balcony thought it has no view, good breakfast considering Passover, great bed , great shower , good toiletries and very pleasant smell in the whole hotel. pool was nice and big ! Excellent staff ! reception are polite and very professional. the cleaning guys who took care of the room for our week stay were wonderful! Amin and Kutaiba had the best manners in Eilat: Kind,polite,excellent in cleaning ! they made us animals and hearts with towels as well ! so nice housekeepers! we liked staying by Astral Maris and will be back !
