We had 2 booking at the property & the 1st room we got, the shower was super Small. The 2nd room was way better . Also, We were supposed to get a breakfast box before our tour at 0650am but they insisted we were not on the list even though the tour company told us twice that the hotel was aware. So we had to pay for our breakfast. It might have been a missed opportunity because we showed the front desk the confirmation. Otherwise I would still pick this property if I visit Tel Aviv.

Very clean & organized property. Tal (Restaurant Manager) was talking to us at breakfast & we told him we were celebrating a birthday. When we got back to our room, he surprised us by sending up fruit & a bottle of wine. Thanks Tal. Also, all the front desk staffs were helpful in answering our questions & getting us taxis when we needed it. Love the stay here.

booked a room with a view but it didn't deliver, there were some buildings in front blocking the sea view. Noisy at night.

The room was clean and comfortable, friendly staff. At my arrival there was a little box with chocolates, very appreciated. Breakfast is exceptional!

Not actually we did not like but maybe need some improvements; - The restaurant staff seems not very friendly in our observation and we felt we are not welcome there. So thats why we only tried the breakfast once and never came back. Just to clarify the food are great selections and tasty. - the shower area has a tendency to overflow water to the dry area of the toilet when you are continuously using the shower. - Overall the hotel itself is amazing.

What we like most on our 3 nights stay? Well heres the list: - location, location, location - the complimentary offered by the Gen manager Cochav ( we truly appreciated it) - free coffee at the lobby - accommodating front desk staff special mention to Roni and Dina - free use of bikes (we love it) - and very friendly cleaner at 9th floor ( we always request water and she always get back to us in her beautiful smile) - and the easy online access to check in and check out. Very 2023 for travel essentials. The hotel will remind you by messages or email. You will never miss it - lastly the minimal interior hospitality design and decorations

Staff is very friendly and helpful, however some additional attention to details would be advisable. For example, they helped me to book the taxi to the airport, but forgot that I asked numerous times for the taxi who would accept the cards (not cash). Almost got into trouble.. But overall - nice & convenient place for short stay.

we had 11s floor room with a terace, the view was amazing and suprisingly a very quiet neighborhood, they provided us with everything there was an iron, water heater nespresso machine tea bags coffee and they welcomed us with two small bottels of water

Bed linen wasn't changed for 5 days (yet we haven't asked).

Nice location, quite close to the beach, a lot of shops around, close to the main attractions. Nice room, clean, not noisy (we stayed on the 7th floor). Very helpful staff, nice little terrace on the 3rd floor where to chill, free coffee machine on the ground floor. Delicious breakfast!!!!
