The TV from the room was not smart.

Very nice hotel, it has great location (is very close to the beach & promenade, close to Rothschild boulevard and 30 minutes of walking to old city - the wonderful old Jaffa), excellent breakfast. Also, there is 24 hours available coffee in the hotel lobby, as well as free bikes. The terrace from the 11th floor offers a great view of the city. The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot with very useful information. Very good choice for Tel Aviv, highly recommend it!

I think there could be a map of the city with an indication of the sights and restaurants so that when the tourist arrives, he already knows where to go and better locate himself.

it’s absolutely fantastic. The location is great, the breakfast wonderland, the social area with coffee is so good and I enjoy a lot. Spectacular room service. I will really come back and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy wonderful days in Tel Aviv.

the AC made an annoying and loud scratchy noise. There were works in the road next to the rooms making it impossible to sleep. The gym was tiny and had only cardio machines and small dumbbells.

There was significant construction happening right outside my room and all through the night. Three of my four nights were completely sleepless as I was kept awake by drilling, diggers, rubble being dumped etc. When I raised it with the front desk they didn't seem to think it was a big deal but had been aware of the works and hadn't let me know before staying. They made no attempt to move me and I'm waiting to hear back from them on compensation.

being double charged. communication was great before I stayed, but it pretty much stopped when I tried to resolve the double charging issue. when I checked in, they even said there was an issue with their system.

It is hard for me to look past being double charged for this stay. The hotel have acknowledged that I have been double charged on my card statement, but say they can’t do anything about it and to contact the bank.

No hot water first 3 days Lift not working Card key’s not working (8 times) Maintenance work in next room at 7.00am One receptionist was useless, no breakfast for our early trip. The main thing was working all night outside the hotel, not hotels fault but it was ridiculous at times.

beds were a bit uncomfortable and rooms were not very isolated from outer noise. we could also hear people talking loudly through the ventilations

best location in Tel aviv. great breakfast, coffee available at any time and bikes were offered so we did not need a taxi at all during our stay. it was a great way to explore the city :)

The room was awful to be very honest... Room cleaning is basically just throwing the garbage and change of towels, that's it! We had an issue with a sink: water didn't go away, we've asked for cleaning 5 times, but the issue was not solved at all. Hot water is available only during mornings and evenings, not during the day! Bed and pillows are super soft, noisy and uncomfortable Airco and fridge seem to be old as they making a lot of noise Breakfast is quite nice, but be aware that it's mainly eggs (in all forms and shapes), but nothing else, no even cheese or ham.

Location of this hotel is perfect, close to the beaches, shops and city center

The bathroom was a bit of a disaster. The shower cabin was constantly leaking water and the entire bathroom was soaking after a shower, sometimes leaking even beyond the door into the room. There was also no ventilation for it to dry up.

I liked the style of the building, the location is really convenient, the vibe the place radiates was also nice, and the friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is centrally located, in one of the best areas of Tel Aviv and the design is nice! The rooms are bright and spacious and with design elements. What needs massive improvement is cleaning, they didn’t clean my room the day after checking in and even though I asked nobody understood English they didn’t even provide the toilet products and I had to ask twice! Also the taxi they provided for the airport was at fixed rate while I asked for a metered taxi. Overall there are some good elements but cleanliness and English should be definitely improved!
