Was missing a fridge in the room but I used one in the general area so not a big deal.

Adi was very communicative, responding instantly with clear instructions how to locate them, what to expect, etc. Very nice rooftop patio. Excellent location, Quiet. Great value.

The restaurant front opposite that turns into a night club in the evening was very noisy 😴 most evenings and I find it hard 😫 to sleep at times.

The Owner Adi and Team was excellent, he even cooked a dinner for us as guest for the Israel 🇮🇱 Independence Day celebration.

The owner/host is the nicest person ever. The place is well taken care of, and the environment is chill and laid back. We enjoyed our stay a lot, and will definitely come back. The location is perfect as well.

This was our 4th place in tel aviv and by far the best! The host is very nice, the space is modern and the rooftop balcony is charming. The equipment of the apartment is all you need. We recommend this place 100%!

The room was not what you would call spotlessly cleaned, but it was decent and more than acceptable, the bed linen too.. To be fair, we noticed ourselves every day when we wiped the floor that it is not easy with all the sand that accrues from the beach visits. All in all, as stated above, the room was very good value, relative to other things in Tel Aviv, which were for us surprisingly expensive.

This room was very good value for the location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Our host, Adi, was communicative, and we also liked the keyless system with doorcodes. The room had a fridge, which we also found useful for storing breakfast foods and cold drinks.

I preferred to live close to town and beach without expensive luxury. the place lived up to my expectations 100%. here was everything I needed. A bed, kitchen, living room, refrigerator in the room, wi-fi, aircon and a cozy little rooftop where you can sit and digest the day's experiences. can only recommend the place and would like to thank Arik and Yoash for help and cozy company.

Although the hotel provides towels, but if you have sensitive skin, you are better off bring your own! When visiting the property, you will only see Bugrashov 15, you will have to make your way to the 3rd floor to get to the apartment (bugrashov 13). Just so you know if you have mobility issues as there is no lift.

Location, Location, Location - easy access (walking distance on some cases) to must-see attractions especially including the main beaches is a bonus. Despite the disappointment of my first choice of hotel, in terms of location, this hotel (apartment to be precise) turns out to be a blessing in disguise! I do not say much about the rest of the facilities because I would not have expected less for the price. Good choice of stores, mini-supermarkets, eateries, etc.
