Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyI wish the receptionists could be more serious, apart from the Argentinian and the American receptionists girls that were very friendly… the rooms are overcrowded , during the night when the ac switches off automatically, you can’t breathe, cause the air gets stuffy.
Florentin area is a great location in the heart of Tel Aviv . Good price per night.

GermanyLocation of the Caravans doesnt look like as shown on the pictures. Its a backyard / storage area with staff entrance to the Café, which opens in the morning. You can not overhear it, cause they will make sure to push the metal fence several times against your Caravan while you try to sleep. If you need to go to bathroom, you have to ring at the entrance and ask them to open. Day and night. Its really inconvinient and not a good solution at all.
Nice located in City Center, close to a lot of Restaurants and Bars. Staff was friendly and the venue was clean and in a good condition.

CanadaThe dorm rooms are crowded to the point that the door bangs on the beds when it’s opened. the bathrooms aren’t very clean. You have to put your own bedsheets/blanket cover on, which isn’t a big deal, but its problematic when people check into a dorm in the early hours of the morning (2:00am) and then have to setup their own bed, waking everybody else in the room.
good location and great shared kitchen facilities

United KingdomLots of homeless people live there long terms.in my room (25) was quite packed with lots of suitcases of long stayers.no locker were available because they used all of them. I went back to the desk ask for a locker, she told me in a smug way .. look around and ask people he uses more than one locker. I told her I’m not feeling very comfortable to do it. The should manage it I woke up in the morning closer to my ladder someone puts his bag I almost fall and broke my leg. If you have homeless people put them in one room don’t sell the room to a guest. Some of them ( especially the American group were really rude and disrespectful) and the homeless should use the storage if they have more than 2 suitcases in the room. The problem with homeless people that after awhile they feel entitled to everything. avraham hotel will let them stay only 10 days for a reason. No place in the fridge for the guest the homeless people took all the space to themselves.
Well located in the city center, very welcoming receptionist, the let me use the kitchen and lobby area before I checked in.

Czech RepublicWe had problem with system of the hostel and one of us had to stay in different room than was arranged, but it was solved quickly. In the kitchen, there was no hot water, so the washing of the dishes was ineffective.
The hostel is like the city - vibrant and alive. You can meet a lots of persons from different culture, different nationalities, it is really interesting place. The location is great, close to the caffé, shops, old Jaffa, beach, everything reachable by foot. We tried also the Shabat dinner and it was fine.
