Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe pool was closed at 9.30 am when I wanted a swim. Opening at 10 is too late. We were out all day, and got back at 6.30 pm and the housekeeping hasn’t cleaned the room. The entrance on level 2 is not as nice as it used to be on level 3.

United KingdomAn extra chair in a room of 3 people (one adult with 2 kids) could have been helpful. We didn't pay for breakfast since it was so pricy so I can't comment on it. Swimming pool area is ok, not that big. The pool is more for cooling and splashing for kids. Not for swimming since most of it has shallow water. It was packed with people since it was August and hotel was full. Food in the pool was quite good, but pricy. Kids club was somehow small and limited since the game consoles had only a few xBOX games, not too many.
The room was super comfortable, Huge window with stunning views of Tel-Aviv and the beach. Nice Illy coffee machine. Bed was very large, very comfortable mattress and linen, and amazing pillows. All this for the basic size room. Bathroom was very large and super comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. It's right next to Jaffa and Neve Zedek Neighbourhood. Also, walking distance to the Carmel Market. Excellent location.

IsraelThe coffee served during breakfast was disappointing, would be nice to have an espresso machine for better quality coffee.
The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the beach, staff was kind and helpful, the hotel and pool was clean and well maintained, location of the hotel was convenient and we got to all the places we wanted by foot. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

IsraelThere wasn't anything in particular.
The room is very big and spacious and clean, breakfast was very diverse and well prepared. Location is also the best location in tel aviv, near the Tel Aviv beach. and the city itself is also very close.

United KingdomPool manager petty and did little to control the bigger issues of alcohol and smoking in the pool. Lower floor rooms need refurbishment. Showing their age and considerable wear and tear.
In general the staff were great and did all they could to help. Rooms on the upper floors definitely better. Front desk tried to fix issues promptly. Location great and a decent swimming pool. We had an issue on arrival which Arnon and his team rectified within 24 hours.

United StatesThe room could have been a bit cleaner. There was dust on the countertops BUT the bathroom was super clean - everyday - so that is a PLUS! The housekeeping did a great job (my son and husband are not the neatest) - so I credit housekeeping for their care.
The breakfast was superb!!! The staff remembered us and knew exactly what type of coffee/latte/cappucinos we wanted. They were so friendly and accommodating.

United KingdomShower over the bath. Hotel very very expensive. Room advertised as a room with terrace. It was actually a balcony large enough for two chairs and a table. Having said that I would get the room again because the balcony was large enough to sit on comfortably. The pictures showed it with two loungers, but there were two chairs.
Beautiful hotel. Rooms very clean and spacious. Balcony with chairs and table. Good excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast good. Pool area good. Food round pool was super. Plenty of places to sit round the pool.

United KingdomNothing to dislike, but it is not exceptional and for someone staying for a night or two, the price is expensive unless you are making full use of all the facilities. There are just as well located hotels with as many facilities in Tel Aviv that are more personal and less expensive.
A friendly welcome and a nice sized room with plenty of features. Location was convenient for my purposes. All the typical facilities of a modern, business classs hotel in a major city.
